Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate and analyze the anxiety,depression and self-perceived burden of patients with breast cancer after operation,and to evaluate the effect of psychological intervention of rehabilitation volunteers on the negative psychological status of patients with breast cancer after operation.It provides the basis for solving the negative psychological problems of patients with breast cancer after operation.Methods:From September 2018 to December 2018,100 patients with breast cancer in breast department of a third grade A hospital in Jiujiang City were randomly divided into control group(n = 50)and observation group(n = 50).The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing for 4 weeks.The general data of the two groups were collected before and after the intervention.The psychological status of the patients was evaluated by the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-feeling burden scale(SPBS)before and after the intervention.Comparison of anxiety and depression between the two groups before and after intervention Score and self-feeling burden score and other related indicators.The statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS19.0 software,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Results:The statistical analysis of the basic situation,anxiety,depression and self-perceived burden of the two groups before intervention was as follows:1.There were no significant differences in name,age,marital status,educational level,work status,monthly family income and disease stage between the control group and the observation group.2.Before intervention,the anxiety scores of the control group and the observation group were(58.48±4.23)and(58.15±4.35),t =0.380,p = 0.701,respectively.There was no significant difference(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group(P > 0.05).The depression scores of the control group and the observation group were(58.08±5.28)and(58.03±5.56),t =0.050 and p = 0.963,respectively(P > 0.05).The scores of self-perception burden in the control group and the observation group were(28.5±5.18),(28.06±5.31),respectively.There was no significant difference between t= 0.420 and p = 0.676(P > 0.05).3.After psychological intervention of breast cancer rehabilitation volunteers for 4 weeks,the statistical analysis of anxiety,depression and self-feeling burden between the two groups were as follows:The main results were as follows:(1)after intervention,the anxiety scores of the control group and the observation group were(55.50±4.92)and(41.43±4.54),respectively.The anxiety score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(t =14.870,P < 0.001).The difference of anxiety score before and after intervention was(2.98±4.11)in the control group and(16.73±4.73)in the observation group,t= 15.500,P < 0.001,There was significant difference in anxiety score between the two groups before and after intervention.(2)after intervention,the depression scores of the control group and the observation group were(54.08±4.93)and(41.68±5.25),respectively.the depression score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(t =12.190,P<0.0001).The difference of depression score before and after intervention was(4.0±4.10)in the control group and(16.35±4.08)in the observation group,t=15.110,P< 0.001,There was significant difference in depression score between the two groups before and after intervention.(3)after intervention,the total scores of self-perception burden in the control group and the observation group were(26.54±4.97)and(17.66±2.58),respectively.the score of the self-feeling burden in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(t = 11.220,P < 0.0001).The difference of self-perception burden score was(1.96±2.18)in the control group before and after intervention,and(10.40±3.75)in the observation group before and after intervention,t =13.760,P < 0.001.the difference of self-perception burden score was(1.96±2.18)in the control group and(10.40±3.75)in the observation group.There was significant difference in the score of self-perception burden between the two groups before and after intervention.Conclusion:The psychological intervention of rehabilitation volunteers after breast cancer can better reduce the self-feeling burden of patients,alleviate the negative psychology such as anxiety and depression of patients,enhance the confidence of patients to recover,and improve the quality of life.It is beneficial for patients to return to family and society,and is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
