Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of Zheng's "Jin gou diao yu" acupuncture method for the treatment of lumbar 3 transverse process syndrome,it provides a clinical research basis for the clinical use of Zheng's "Jin gou diao yu" acupuncture to treat the disease. Methods: There were 90 patients with lumbar 3 transverse syndrome were divided into the Jin gou diao yu group and the Reinforcing-reducing method by lifting-thrusting needle group,45 cases each. Before treatment, the patient's condition was evaluated by Visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability Index(ODI)scale, and the patients were divided into three groups: mild, moderate, and severe. After that, the Jin gou diao yu group was treated with Zheng's“Jin gou diao yu” acupuncture method;the Reinforcing-reducing method by lifting-thrusting needle group was treated with reinforcing-reducing method by lifting-thrusting needle. After 2 courses of treatment, the Visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry disability Index(ODI)scale and clinical efficacy evaluation criteria were used to evaluate and compare the condition and clinical efficacy of the two groups to observe Zheng's "Jin gou diao yu".The clinical effect of acupuncture on the treatment of lumbar 3 transverse syndrome. Two groups of patients were followed up one month later to observe changes in the condition of the patients at the follow-up and after treatment. Results: Before the treatment of the two groups, there was no significant difference in the Visual analogue scale(VAS)score and the Oswestry disability Index(ODI)score between the Jin gou diao yu group and the diarrhea group(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups There is comparability between them.Compared with the pre-treatment group, the Visual analogue scale(VAS)score and the Oswestry disability Index(ODI)score of the Jin gou diao yu group and the Reinforcing-reducing method by lifting-thrusting needle group were significantly lower after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment of the two groups, the Visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the Jin gou diao yu group was significantly lower than that of the Reinforcing-reducing method by lifting-thrusting needle group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that Zheng's “Jin gou diao yu” method The analgesic effect was better than theReinforcing-reducing method by lifting-thrusting needle;there was no significant difference in the Oswestry disability Index(ODI)score between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the efficacy of the two acupuncture methods in improving lumbar dysfunction.Compared with the overall efficacy, the total effective rate of the Jin gou diao yu group was 97.8%,and the cure rate was 62.2%,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the patients treated with the Reinforcing-reducing method by lifting-thrusting needle group,80.0%,and the cure rate was 48.9%,(P<0.05).Learning meaning. At the follow-up,the Visual analogue scale(VAS)score and the Oswestry disability Index(ODI)score of the two groups were not significantly different from those after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that one month after treatment,There was no significant change in the condition of the patients in the two group. Conclusion:Zheng's “Jin gou diao yu” acupuncture method and the Reinforcing-reducing method by lifting-thrusting needle have good clinical effects on the lumbar 3 transverse syndrome, but the clinical efficacy of Zheng's “Jin gou diao yu” acupuncture treatment for lumbar 3 transverse syndrome is excellent than the Reinforcing-reducing method by lifting-thrusting needle group.
