Research On The Development Strategy Of Medical Treatment Consortium Of X District In T City

In recent years,the contradiction between the insufficient total amount of medical resources,the uneven distribution of resources and the growing health needs of the people and the old medical and health system has been deepened.It is difficult for large hospitals to be hospitalized and difficult to get medical service.The lack of business in small hospitals has not been solved fundamentally.Under this social background,how to integrate the existing medical resources effectively is one of the urgent problems that we need to pay attention to.In 2009,the new health care reform policy came into being.Subsequently,the national medical and health system reform to improve the patient's medical experience as the fundamental goal,to explore the grading diagnosis and treatment work,the medical treatment consortium as an important measure to realize the classification diagnosis and treatment,more and more public concern.The so-called " the Medical Treatment Consortium " is called " Medical Union",which is through the effective integration of regional medical resources,the three level hospital as the core,with several two level hospitals,radiation several community medical institutions,to achieve regional medical care and improve the basic medical service capacity.In this dissertation,using the literature research method,expert interview method and SWOT analysis method,taking the work of the medical treatment consortium in the X district of T city as an example,this dissertation makes a systematic analysis and research on the work in order to make a rational strategic development plan for the development of the medical treatment consortium in this area.First,it analyzes the background and necessity of the work of the medical treatment consortium,expounds the related concepts,and summarizes the construction of the medical treatment consortium at home and abroad.Then,taking the development of the medical treatment consortium in X district as the research object,the present situation of the medical treatment consortium was introduced,the internal environment was objectively combed,and the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the medical treatment consortium were found out.In the analysis of the external environment,the macro environment was analyzed by using the PEST analysis method.The five forces model of Potter is also used to analyze the environment and find out the opportunities and threats of the construction and development of the medical treatment in this area,and establish the SWOT analysis matrix.Using the IFE matrix and the EFE matrix,the quantitative analysis of external environmental factors and internal environmental factors is carried out according to the results discussed by experts.On the basis of the studies,the development strategy and safeguard measures for the establishment of the medical treatment consortium in X district are put forward.
