| ObjectiveTo observe the influence of intrauterine remain, vaginal bleeding and Menses after vacuum aspiration of abortion operation by Modified "Gexia Zhuyu Tang" Decoction, to evaluate the Clinical effective of uterine involution after abortion operation by Modified "Gexia Zhuyu Tang" Decoction. To Exert Superiority of TCM Fully for improving the Reproductive heal of women after abortion, and to expand the application range of "Gexia Zhuyu Tang" in gynecological diseases.MethodsAll of the patients qualified of two groups came from the Ambulatory surgery ward of the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of TCM from September 2015 to December 2015.100 Patients were randomly divided into the observational group and the control group. Each group have 50 persons. The control group received oral antibiotics(cefradine capsules 0.5g, po, tid, combined with ornidazole 500mg, po, bid) only, and the observational group received oral antibiotics and the Chinese herb formula (Modified "Gexia Zhuyu Tang" Decoction, one dose a day, for 7days).All paitients were collected at 14th day of postoperative and took ultrasonography by transvaginal and urine pregnancy test, and followed up to the First Menses. The intrauterine remain, vaginal bleeding, endometrial thicken, the result of urine pregnancy test and Menses were recorded and analyzed.Result1. The difference of the time of vaginal bleeding, score of Vaginal hemorrhage and endometrial thicken between tow groups were not statistically significant (p>0.05)2. The observational group had 22 cases of abdominal pain after operation while the control group had 23 cases, There were not statistically significant (p>0.05);But the duration of abdominal pain after operation between two groups was statistically significant (p<0.05).3. There were 3 cases of uterine curettage in the observational group and 4 cases in the control group. There were not statistically significant (p>0.05). There were 10 cases of Hemometra in the observational group and 20 cases in the control group, There were statistically significant (p<0.05)4. The result of urine pregnancy test at 14th day of postoperative proved negative(11 cases), weakly positive(16 cases) and positive(23 cases) in the observational group, contrasted the results of negative (7 cases), weakly positive(5 cases) and positive(38 cases) in the control group, There were statistically significant (p<0.05)5. The time when first menstruation reback of postoperative was 33.08±5.17 days in the observational group and 35.77±6.83 days in the control group. There were statistically significant (p<0.05) The period and menstrual volume of the first menstrual between two groups were not statistically significant (p>0.05)ConclusionModified "Gexia Zhuyu Tang" Decoction can significantly reduce Hemometra, drive urine pregnancy test prove negative and Menses as soon as possible after vacuum aspiration of abortion operation. From the side, Modified "Gexia Zhuyu Tang" Decoction combined with antibiotics compared with single antibiotics can promote uterine involution after abortion operation. |
