Objective To explore the expression of ATF4 and RPL41 protein in Primary fallopian tube carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods The expression of ATF4 and RPL41 protein in 50 cases of fallopian tube carcinoma and 26 cases of normal fallopian tube were evaluated by SP immunohistochemistry, and to analyze their correlations with clinical pathological factors in Primary fallopian tube carcinoma(PFTC).The SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results The positive expression rate of ATF4 in PFTC(86%)was higher than that in normal fallopian tube(38.5%),which showed significant difference(P<0.001).The positive expression rate of RPL41 in normal fallopian tube tissues(80.8%)was higher than that in PFTC(38%),which showed significant difference(P=0.001<0.05).There was a significant correlation between the expression of ATF4 and RPL41 in Primary fallopian tube carcinoma(r=-0.296,P=0.037<0.05).Conclusion ATF4 and RPL41 play important roles in the occurrence of Primary fallopian tube carcinoma, and the overexpression of ATF4 may guide the diagnosis of Primary fallopian tube carcinoma. |
