Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significances of k-ras,c-myc gene in primary fallopian tube carcinoma tissues. Methods: Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detected k-ras and c-myc proten expression in 40 cases of primary fallopian tube cancer,15 cases of normal fallopian tubes, chronic tubal 15 cases of inflammatory fallopian tubes. Results: The expression of k-ras protein was significently higher in primary fallopian tube carcinoma(65%) than in chronic inflammation(6%) and normal tissue(0%)(p<0.01). The expression of c-myc protein was significently higher in primary fallopian tube carcinoma(53.5%) than in chronic inflammation(0%) and normal tissue(0%)(p<0.01).Conclusion: 1. K-ras protein, c-myc protein may be related to the occurrence of primary fallopian tube carcinoma.2. K-ras protein, c-myc protein may be related to invasion and metastasis of primary fallopian tube carcinoma.3. The expression of k-ras protein was positivly related to c-myc protein in primary fallopian tube carcinoma.
