Objection: Cerebral hemorrhage also known as cerebral haemorrhage, refers to the non-traumatic circumstances, the rupture of blood vessels in the brain formed by spontaneous bleeding. It has the characteristics of high morbidity, high recurrence rate, high disability rate and high mortality rate. There are many causes of stroke, and there are many studies on the relationship between sleep and stroke, both at home and abroad. Some existing studies have shown that inappropriate sleep duration and sleep disorders can lead to the increase of morbidity and mortality of chronic diseases, including cerebral hemorrhage.Previous studies mainly directly studied the relationship between cerebral apoplexy and sleep,or the relationship between cerebral ischemia and sleep. In terms of sleep quality, sleep disorders such as difficulty in falling asleep and waking up easily at night are still relatively rare.In addition, most studies only looked at short-term sleep, and data on past sleep were lacking. Therefore, this research adopts the case-control design on the basis of hospital group, use of Pittsburgh scale assessment case group and control group one month before the onset of sleep and sleep quality,as well as case group and control group in the past, insomnia, hope can find from the aspects of sleep to more risk factors associated with cerebral hemorrhage occurs, provide the basis for the prevention of brain hemorrhage.Methods:1.From September 1,2017 to September 30,2018,a total of 304 patients in the case group were collected from hospitalized patients with first onset of cerebral hemorrhage in the neurosurgical ward of liaoning provincial blood embolism hospital. The control group was from the physical examination center of the no.202 hospital of the people's liberation army. While the case group was collected, the control group was also collected.2.Make a questionnaire survey on the spot, and then look up the required information in the medical records. The content of the questionnaire was as follows: basic information, disease history, family history, common behavioral risk factors related to cerebral hemorrhage.Duration and quality of sleep in recent sleep was assessed by the Pittsburgh scale(PSQI),while past insomnia was investigated in the case group and the control group, and blood pressure was taken from the two groups.3.Data entry is made by double entry to ensure authenticity and accuracy.Epidata is used andquantitative data is described by mean standard deviation.Qualitative data were described by relative Numbers.T test and chi-square test were mainly used to analyze and compare the baseline data of the case group and the control group, and chi-square test was used to analyze and compare the sleep conditions.Analysing the sleep duration, sleep quality(PSQI score)with cerebral hemorrhage in the dose-response relationship, the Restricted cubic spline function(Restricted cubic spline, the RCS)combined with logistic regression model, the analysis of the history of sleep duration, sleep quality, sleep and the risk of brain hemorrhage,a multi-factor logistics regression model was used,P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results:A total of 627 subjects were included, including 304 cases in the case group and323 cases in the control group.1.Sleep quality(PSQI score)is positively correlated with the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage in linear dose-response relationship(pnon-lin-association =0.090),and sleep duration is non-linear dose-response relationship with the occurrence risk of cerebral hemorrhage(pnon-lin-association <0.0001).2.In the recent sleep situation analysis,multi-factor logistics regression found that the risk of cerebral hemorrhage was 2.912 times higher in the group with a sleep duration of 7-8hours as the reference group and a sleep duration of >8 hours than in the group with a sleep duration of 7-8 hours(OR=3.935,95%CI=2.070-7.479).3.In the sleep history analysis,multi-factor logistics regression found that after adjusting the recent sleep duration, sleep quality and other possible related factors, the presence of insomnia in the past may increase the risk of cerebral hemorrhage(OR=3.021,95%CI=1.354-6.739).Conclusion:1.In recent sleep analysis,it was found that in terms of sleep duration, sleep duration >8 hours may increase the risk of cerebral hemorrhage, and the sleep duration<7 hours has nothing to do with the occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage; In terms of sleep quality, poor sleep quality may increase the risk of cerebral hemorrhage.2.In the analysis of sleep history,it was found that the presence of insomnia symptoms in the past may increase the risk of cerebral hemorrhage.
