Investigation According On Heart Sound Of The Effect Of Sleep Quality And Sleep Duration On Cardiac Function

Nearly one third of one’s life was spented in sleep,these effects of sleep gradually result in a variety of diseases including cardiovascular diseases(CVD),obesity,hypertension,and so on.The effects of exercise to sleep is one of the hot point in nowadays research,and the association between the quality of sleep,the rate of exercise and cardiac function data is complex.In order to acquire the relationship of the effects on cardiac function data according to the quality of sleep,the duration of sleep,the rate of exercise of the college student,the author has made a comparative research by use the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PCG(S1/S2,D/S,HR),BMI and so on based on 92 students of Chongqing university.Grouping them by gender,the quality of sleep,the rate of exercise,the rate of afternoon nap.Results:the people who has been research this time has a mean of the quality of sleep evaluate by PSQI.The cardiac function data evaluate by PCG in different group divided by the quality of sleep has no statistical difference.The date of BMI,HR,BP in different group divided by of the quality of sleep has statistical difference.The female is more susceptible than male to the quality of sleep.The date of D/S in long sleeper in male is obvious lower than others group.In the group divided by the rate of exercise,the students comes from Sports institute get the best quality of sleep.The date of D/S in different group has statistical difference.Exercise seems good for the quality of sleep,but these relationship has only find in male.In the group divided by the rate of afternoon nap,the date evaluate by PCG has no statistical difference.
