Clinical Effect Of Modified Dahuangfuzi Decoction For Chronic Renal Failure Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency

Objective:To observe the effect of Modified Dahuangfuzi Decoction on laboratory indexes such as renal function in patients with chronic renal failure of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.Comparing with Uremic Clearance Granule?UCG?,defining the therapeutic effect of Modified Dahuangfuzi Decoction.To explore the clinical pathogenesis of chronic renal failure in the core of traditional Chinese medicine,analyze the mentor's thinking and experience in diagnosis and treatment,further guide the clinical medication of chronic renal failure,improve the treatment effect,reduce the burden of patients.Methods:The cases of chronic renal failure of spleen and kidney yang deficiency in this subject were all selected from patients diagnosed as CKD3-4 in the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from February 2018 to December 2018.A total of 72 patients were enrolled.They were divided into UCG group?control group?and Modified Dahuangfuzi Decoction group?treatment group?by simple random number table method.Among them,36 cases were in the control group and 36 cases in the treatment group.Both groups were given general basic treatment of Western medicine.On this basis,the control group was treated with UCG,while the treatment group was treated with Modified Dahuangfuzi Decoction for 12 weeks.The changes of total effective rate,integral of TCM symptoms,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,blood uric acid and glomerular filtration rate?endogenous creatinine clearance rate?before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The data were analyzed by statistical calculation.Results:1.The included cases of gender,age,primary disease,course of disease,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,blood uric acid,glomerular filtration rate?endogenous creatinine clearance rate?,albumin,hemoglobin,blood potassium,blood calcium,blood phosphorus,carbon dioxide binding power,integral of TCM symptoms and other laboratory indexes,there was no significant difference between the two groups?P>0.05?.2.The total effective rate was 83.3%in the treatment group and 58.1%in the control group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group?P<0.01?.The total effective rate of TCM symptoms was 86.7%in the treatment group and 61.3%in the control group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group?P<0.05?.3.After a full course of treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving Scr and GFR?P<0.05?;in reducing BUN,the treatment group was superior to the control group?P<0.01?;while the BUA level had no significant difference?P>0.05?.4.The treatment group was superior to the control group in elevating ALB?P<0.05?,but there was no significant difference in Hb level?P>0.05?.5.After treatment,the levels of K,CA,P and CO₂CP in the two groups were stable,and there was no significant difference between the two groups?P>0.05?.6.In integral of TCM symptoms,the treatment group was better than the control group?P<0.01?.Conclusion:1.Modified Dahuangfuzi Decoction combined with general treatment of Western medicine has a significant clinical effect on chronic renal failure of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.Compared with Uremic Clearance Granule,it has a better effect on improving the clinical symptoms of patients.2.Modified Dahuangfuzi Decoction can reduce serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen,delay the decline of glomerular filtration rate in patients with chronic renal failure of spleen and kidney yang deficiency,and the total effective rate is better than that of UCG group.It can also improve the nutritional status of patients.3.Modified Dahuangfuzi Decoction is safe for clinical use,with little adverse reactions and side effects,and will not cause or aggravate electrolyte disorders and acid-base imbalance in patients.4.My tutor used Modified Dahuangfuzi Decoction to treat chronic renal failure of spleen and kidney yang deficiency,which fully embodied the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic renal failure.
