Clinical Observation Of Bushenjianpi Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure With Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical efficency of Bushenjianpi Decoction(BSJPD) in the treatment of chronic renal failure(CRF) with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome in the early and middle stage, and provide an effective therapy for the CRF.Methods: 60 patients who met the inclusion and excluded criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).Two groups were all routinely treated by the same therapeutic method while the treatment group was treated by BSJPD with the other group treated by Clearance Granule.The treatment was for one month. Before and after the treatment,we observed the levels of serum creatinine(Scr),endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),hemoglobin(Hb),serum albumin(ALB),urinary protein,the efficacy of TCM symptoms and comprehensive clinical efficacy in both groups.Results:There were no obviously differences of gender, age, duration and the distribution of renal function phased in two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the each group before treatment,The effects in each group after treatment of Scr, Ccr, BUN, Hb,ALB and the efficacy of TCM symptoms were all significantly better than each group before(P<0.05). The treatment group held more significant effects than the control group in SCr, Ccr,BUN,ALB,Hb and the efficacy of TCM symptoms(P<0.05),and the comprehensive clinical efficacy of treatment group is obviously superior than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:the efficacy of TCM symptoms and comprehensive clinical efficacy of Bushenjianpi Decoction is significantly better than Clearance Granule in the treatment of CRF with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome in the early and middle stage,and we can widely use it in clinical.
