The Clinical Observation Of Adding Wen Pi Decoction On The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure(the Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Qi)

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the comprehensive efficacy and safety of Adding Wenpi decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure(deficiency of spleen and kidney yang),and to explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure.To provide an effective method for the treatment of chronic renal failure(deficiency of spleen and kidney yang),and to improve the clinical efficacy.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this test,the 63 subjects by randomized?controlled clinical trial methods was divided into treatment groups(Adding Wenpi decoction)and control group.Evaluation index of curative effect were observed before and after treatment: renal function,hemoglobin,red blood cell,24 hpro,plasma albumin,Symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese Medicine.The safety index includes:liver function,electrolyte,blood coagulation function,electrocardiogram,stool and related adverse reactions.And according to the data obtained in the experiment,make preliminary evaluation of the efficacy and safety.Results: 1.In this clinical observation,the clinical effective rate of the control group was 74.20%,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Adding Wenpi decoction had a better curative effect on chronic renal failure(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome).The main manifestation of the curative effect was to reduce Crea?BUN and improve the symptoms of TCM by treatment.There was no significant difference betweeneGFR and CYS-c during in treatment..2.The blood routine,liver function,electrolytes and electrocardiogram were not found to be related to the treatment and medication before and after the two stages of clinical observation.There was no significant difference in the safety indexes before and after treatment.So the security is good.Conclusion:1.In this clinical observation,Adding Wenpi decoction has a good therapeutic effect on chronic renal failure(spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome).The curative effect is mainly reflected in improving the TCM symptoms of the subjects,reducing serum creatinine,blood BUN and increasing GFR.2.Compared with the treatment of Niao du qing granule alone,the treatment of chronic renal failure(deficiency of spleen and kidney yang)with Adding Wenpi decoction on this basis can improve the clinical symptoms of the subjects better.3.In this clinical observation,there were no adverse reactions,less side effects and better safety..
