All the cases observed more than 4 weeks.1> Effects of clinical symptoms of TCM "yi qi pai du decoction " group of TCM clinical symptoms improved total effective rate 96.7%, uric poisonous clear set of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms improved total effective rate 86.7%, control group of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms improved total effective rate 60.0%, "yi qi pai du decoction " group, urine poisonous clear treatment effect is much better than the control group, the comparison of differences between groups was significant in statistics (P<0.05); "Yi qi pai du decoction" than uric poisonous clear group therapy effect is better, because is comparing the two groups was statistically significant (P< 0.05).2、The influence on renal function:Three groups of BUN, UA, Cys-c after treatment were significantly decreased (P< 0.05), the difference was statistically significant; "Yi qi pai du decoction" party group, urine poisonous clear BUN compared with control group, down differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with uric poisonous clear group, "yi qi pai du decoction" party group BUN fell more obvious (P<0.05).
