Clinical Observation Of Shujinhuoxue Decoction On Early Functional Rehabilitation After Total Knee Arthroplasty

Objective:To observe the effect of Shujinhuoxue decoction on early functional rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty,and to provide more options for functional rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty.Method:This topic selection in August 2017 to August 2018 orthopaedic clinic in fuzhou second hospital during the four areas(joint surgery),diagnosis of knee joint osteoarthritis,with indications of elderly patients with total knee arthroplasty,a total of 60 patients,according to random number table method was divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group,all patients were treated with "unilateral total knee arthroplasty" by the same group of doctors and the same surgeon in the fourth area of orthopaedics department of our hospital.The patients’ age,gender,height,weight and the distribution of knee problems were recorded.The control group was treated with routine postoperative treatment,and the experimental group was given oral "Shujinhuoxue decoction" on this basis for 2 weeks.VAS score and knee joint ROM were recorded preoperatively,1 day postoperatively,3 days postoperatively,7 days postoperatively,and 14 days postoperatively,respectively.HSS functional score of knee joint was recorded preoperatively and 6 weeks postoperatively,and general situation,VAS score,knee joint ROM,and knee joint HSS functional score of the two groups were compared.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data,and P<0.05 was set as the standard with statistical significance.Results:There was no significant difference in gender,age,height,weight,knee distribution,preoperative VAS score,preoperative knee ROM and preoperative HSS score between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.Two groups of patients in the preoperative and postoperative 1 day VAS scores,knee joint ROM distribution differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05),and three days after surgery,7 days after operation,14 days after the VAS score and knee ROM difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),group 3 days after surgery,7 days after operation,postoperative VAS score lower than the control group 14 days,the knee joint ROM is greater than the control group;HSS scores of the two groups of patients at 6 weeks after surgery were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion:Shujinhuoxue decoction has the functions of activating qi and blood,tonifying liver and kidney,removing dampness and eliminating paralysis,strengthening muscle and strengthening bones.It is beneficial to improve the early functional recovery of patients after TKA surgery,improve the quality of life of patients after TKA surgery,and has high clinical safety,which is worthy of further promotion.
