Clinical Study On The Effect Of Taohong Siwu Decoction On Rehabilitation After Total Knee Arthroplasty

Objective:To investigate the effect of total knee arthroplasty patients after application of Taohong Siwu Decoction on the healing process,thought that after the replacement of the knee joint rehabilitation treatment method.Method : From June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital for treatment and diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis patients,selected patients underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty,and strictly according to diagnostic criteria,exclusion criteria and falling standards,the research object is obtained a total of 60 cases.Using the random grouping method of DEX group by a non participants according to the amount of samples is expected to be included according to the random number table of random digits,making random grouping table.The random number in the sealed envelope according to order,opaque,and then determined by the researchers were enrolled in the study have sealed envelope in the random number according to the order of treatment,grouped according to the randomized table to determine the patients entering.Finally,the observation group and the control group of 30 patients.All patients were treated by the same director,the same group of surgeons in total knee arthroplasty,and after receiving the same postprocessing operation,while the control group inpostoperative rehabilitation received only routine rehabilitation training,the observation group received routine rehabilitation training,also received the red peach Siwu Decoction orally for 28 days,and to observe the two groups of patients with VAS score,knee joint,knee joint swelling degree,HSS score changes in these indicators at different time point after the processing and analysis of these data using statistical software.Result :(1)first days after operation,there was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group VAS score(P>0.05);on the third day,after seventh days,fourteenth days,twenty-eighth days,compared two groups of patients with VAS score at the same time,the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)third days after operation,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(ROM P>0.05);on the seventh day,after fourteenth days,twenty-eighth days of ROM,compared with two groups of the same time in patients with ROM,the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)first days after operation,there was no significant difference between the size of the observation group and the control group(P>0.05)of the knee;on the third day,after seventh days,fourteenth days,were compared between the two groups at the knee circumference,the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and on the twenty-eighth day after operation,there was no significant difference between the size of the observation group and the control group(P>0.05)of the knee.(4)third days after operation,there was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group HSS score(P>0.05);the seventh day,after fourteenth days and twenty-eighth days,compared two groups of patients with HSS score at the same time,the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion :Two groups of patients on the 28 postoperative day when the swelling was tended to be normal;the total knee arthroplasty in patients with routine rehabilitation training on the basis of the use of Taohongsiwu Decoction,can significantly alleviate postoperative pain,early swelling,improve joint activity and function,can quickly promote the early rehabilitation after surgery.
