Objective: To explore the application value of lower limb intelligent weight-bearing rehabilitation robot in early rehabilitation after total knee replacement.Methods: A total of 60 patients who underwent unilateral total knee replacement from May 2022 to February 2023 in Xi ’an Honghui Hospital were collected.The included cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 cases each.Both the experimental group and the control group were given routine rehabilitation exercise,the experimental group was given walking training by lower limb intelligent weight-bearing rehabilitation robot,and the control group was given walking training by ordinary walker.Knee HSS score,knee range of motion,VAS pain score,quadriceps muscle strength,and independent walking time were assessed at 1 week,2weeks,and 1 month after total knee replacement.Statistical analysis was performed on knee HSS score,knee range of motion,VAS pain score,quadriceps muscle strength and independent walking time of patients in the experimental group and control group at 1week,2 weeks and 1 month after surgery,so as to explore the application value of lower limb intelligent weight-bearing rehabilitation robot in the early rehabilitation after artificial total knee replacement.Results: For knee HSS score and knee range of motion,there were statistical differences between the experimental group and the control group at 1 week,2 weeks and1 month after surgery(P<0.05).For VAS pain score and quadriceps muscle strength,there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group at 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after surgery(P>0.05).For independent walking time,there was no significant difference between experimental group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Early use of lower limb intelligent weight-bearing rehabilitation robot for walking training after total knee replacement can improve knee HSS score and knee motion of patients,which has a profound impact on the early rehabilitation of patients after total knee replacement.Early use of lower limb intelligent weight-bearing rehabilitation robot after total knee replacement can promote the recovery of knee function earlier,so that patients can return to normal life as soon as possible.
