Lower Limb Scrubbing Formula In The Treatment Of Children With Nonspecific Synovitis Of The Hip Clinical Curative Effcet Observation

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of lower Limb Scrubbing Formula in the treatment of children nonspecific synovitis of hip,and to provide a basis for the clinical application of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods: Select zhangzhou hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2017 to November 2018 for met inclusion criteria with nonspecific synovitis of the hip 60 case and divided into control group and treatment group.Using limb braking,skin traction,such as foundation treatment,the control to the appropriate temperature hot water fumigation in the treatment of foundation of joint(2 times/day,30 minutes/day),the treatment group in the control group on the basis of the lower limbs have hurt Fang Xun wash of joint(2 times/day,30 minutes per session),both set to 1 week for 1 course of treatment,observation of two groups of children with clinical symptoms after treatment situation(and activities of hip pain disorder remove time),the treatment after high frequency ultrasound,periodic review of records of the hip joint effusion volume;The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated according to the TCM disease efficacy standards issued by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine.Comprehensive observation indicators,statistical analysis,draw a conclusion.Results:1.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups(P > 0.05)in age,course of disease,amount of hip joint effusion and other general data before treatment by t test.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Compared with the control group,the improvement of pain and removal of hip joint movement disorder in the treatment group were statistically significant(P < 0.05)by t test,and the treatment group was superior to the control group in pain relief and removal of joint dysfunction.3.Regular review of high-frequency ultrasound after treatment was conducted to observe the absorption of hip joint effusion between the two groups,and the difference in the absorption time of hip joint effusion between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in promoting the absorption of hip joint effusion.4.The curative effect of patients in the two groups at the first,second and fourth weeks after treatment was evaluated according to the curative effect criteria for diseases of traditional Chinese medicine issued by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine.According to the rank-sum test,the difference in curative effect between the two groups at the first,second and fourth weeks after treatment was statistically significant(p < 0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.Observe the basically cured children in the two groups 3 months after the end of treatment,and observe the recurrence rate.Conclusion: The treatment of non-specific synovitis of hip joint by lower Limb Scrubbing Formula and skin traction in children can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and promote the absorption of hip fluid,which is better than the treatment of non-specific synovitis of hip joint by hot water fumigation and skin traction.
