| Objective The effects of Chinese medicine fumigation on the pain and joint stiffness in patients with limb fracture were analyzed.Methods 124 patients with limb fracture treated in our hospital from June 2019 to November 2019 were selected as the study subjects,which were divided into study group and routine group according to the principle of random grouping,and 62 patients in each group.Patients in the routine group received water fumigation treatment,and patients in the study group received Chinese medicine fumigation therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The final cases of this study were 120,including 61 in the study group and 59 in the routine group.Compared with the conventional group,the patients in the study group had lower pain,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the patients in the two groups had better joint motion,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the patients in the study group had better sleep quality,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;compared with the conventional group,the patients had lower incidence of adverse symptoms,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Academic significance;analysis of the anxiety and depression scale and ADL scale scores of the two groups of patients can be seen,compared with the conventional group,the study group of patients with better score,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the analysis of the two groups of patients with the effective rate of treatment,compared with the conventional group,the study group of patients with a higher total effective rate of treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation therapy for the patients with pain and joint stiffness after limb fracture can obviously relieve the pain of the patients,and the joint stiffness of the patients can be significantly improved,the treatment effect is more ideal,which can be popularized in clinical practice. |
