Effect Of Liuzijue On Inflammatory Factors In Patients With Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective This study is aimed to evaluate the effect of Liuzijue therapeutic regimen on the patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）,which include the variation of serium inflammatory factors,patient`s pulmonary function and the life quality.Methods 68 COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group.In the control group,the patients received only regular treatment and health education.But in the test group,except the same therapy as the contral group,patients were trained in terms of the physical excise of Liuzijue therapeutic regimen.According to the liuzijue orders,patients excised 5-7 times per day,30 minutes every time.After they received this physical excise for 3 monthes,several indicators were assessed including serium IL-8,TNF-α,Fn,pulmonary function,and quality of life were.Results There were total 68 cases according to the inclusion criteria.But during this procedure,6 cases lost.So indeed 62 cases were followed up,including 30 cases in the test group and 32 cases in the contral group.There were no statistically significant differences in the demographic deta between the two groups,including age,disease history,BMI,smoking,medication,gender,disease severity and other character indicators（P>0.05）.1.There were statistical significance in the variation of serium IL-8,TNF-αand Fn（P=0.000）in the test group,but no statistical significance（P=0.284,P=0.448,P=0.093）among patients of the control group.Compared with the two groups,the statistical differences were significent（P=0.000）.2.According to the changes of pulmonary function,in the test group the FEV1%was obviously improved after intervention,there was statistical difference of significant（P=0.039）,but the remain indicators of pulmonary function had no any significant statistical difference,including the comparision with the prior and post changes of FEV<sub>1</sub>,FEV<sub>1</sub>%and FEV<sub>1</sub>/FVC%in two groups（P=0.442,P=0.398 and P=0.642,respectively）.3.In comparision with the prior and post changes of CAT scores,there was statistical differences in the two groups（P=0.000）,but there was no statistical difference when compared the CAT scores betwenn the two groups after 3month（P=0.957）.Conclusion Liuzijue therapeutic regimen could obviously decrease serium inflammatory factor,improve copd patient`s pulmonary function and the life quality.This physical therapy is worth to be easily applied not only in clinic but in communities,and markedly benefits the copd patients.
