To Strengthen The Effect Of Liuziyu On Stable Respiratory Function In Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Of Pulmonary Spleen Qi Deficiency

Objective: This This study through the guidance of lung and spleen deficiency syndrome of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients with stable group exercise reduced lip breathing,Liu Zi Jue and Liu Zi Jue to strengthen,monitoring the change of patients after training on pulmonary function,exercise tolerance and quality of life indicators,impact on patients with lung function,lung and spleen deficiency COPD in stable period the exercise endurance and quality of life of three kinds of methods of comparison,to strengthen the Liu Zi Jue have the advantage of curative effect,the clinical application and provide a theoretical basis for that.Selection methods:A randomized controlled study,105 cases of lung and spleen qi deficiency in COPD patients,randomly divided into lip breathing group,Liu Zi Jue,the Stregthening Liuzijue group 3 groups.Lip breathing exercises lip breathing exercises group Liu Zi Jue,Stregthening Liuzijue group exercises to strengthen the Liu Zi Jue,the conventional treatment,3 groups of patients with the same care.In 45 days before the experiment,experiment,experiment 90 days after the recording of the patient's lung function,exercise tolerance and life quality index.Results:Before the experiment,a total of 105 patients were enrolled,10 cases were lost after 3 months,and 95 cases were included in the study.Before the experiment,the general data of the 3 groups in terms of age,sex,duration of disease,smoking history and the observation indexes before the experiment were not statistically different(P>0.05),all of them were homogeneous and comparable.1.pulmonary function index: lip group before the experiment,no significant changes in the 45 day and 90 days after experimental lung function index.The Liu Zi Jue in the experimental group after 45 days of experiment,the lung function index in 90 days is better than that of lip group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);strengthen the Liu Zi Jue group compared with the lip group,4 45 days and 90 days after the index of pulmonary function were better than the lip group,the group compared with the Liu Zi Jue group in 45 days and 90 days,90 days afterthe removal ratio of FEV1 of pulmonary function indexes and the maximum vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)had no significant difference,the rest are better than Liu Zi Jue.2.endurance index of patients in group(6MWD):3 after 45 days of experiment,90 days after the 6MWD were improved in the experimental group improved after 45 days,6MWD had no significant difference(P>0.05).There was statistical significance(P<0.05)in the experimental groups after 90 days with 6MWD difference,six character group was higher than that of lip group;strengthen the six character group higher than the other two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.quality of life index of patients in group(CAT):3 after 45 days of experiment,90 days after the CAT score decreased than before the experiment in the experiment.After 45 days and 90 days after the experiment,showed that the CAT score the lip group > Liu Zi Jue group > the Stregthening Liuzijue group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Liu Zi Jue and the Stregthening Liuzijue exercises 45 and 90 days of lung function in patients with pulmonary Qi deficiency type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease exercise endurance,improves the quality of life were enhanced.the Stregthening Liuzijue group to Liu Zi Jue,to improve lung function in patients with lung and spleen qi deficiency chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period of endurance,improve the quality of life and other aspects of the more obvious advantages,longer duration of time.
