With the improvement of income level,people pay more and more attention to their own health,and their ability to consume health care also increases by a large margin.With the development of the reform of the national medical system,more and more private capital flows into the medical industry.It has stimulated the vigorous development of private medical institutions.On the one hand,it has alleviated the pressure that our public medical resources are unable to meet the growing medical and health needs of the people.On the other hand,the competition in the private medical industry has been revealed.If any private hospital wants to achieve a healthy and stable development,it is very necessary to make a good strategic plan and clear market positioning according to the market trend and its own resource advantages.Emphasis on the development of hospital characteristics,improve competitiveness,consolidate market position.This paper takes the JSTY Hospital in Jiaxing City,Zhejiang Province as the research object,on the basis of analyzing a series of problems that restrict the development of the JSTY hospital,such as the lack of clear strategy,the weak team of doctors,the rising of doctor-patient contradictions,etc.Using the methods of PEST and SWOT,the author makes a deep analysis of the internal and external development environment,advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of JSTY hospital,and then studies the strategic development of JSTY hospital,and builds the talent team respectively.Several aspects,such as supervision mechanism and medical service brand,have put forward concrete suggestions for the implementation of JSTY development strategy.According to the research results,although the hospital has some advantages in service ability,marketing and so on,However,there are also problems such as insufficient capital,weak scientific research and doctor-patient disputes.In order to achieve its own healthy development,JSTY should optimize and reform its governance structure,development concept and service model in the light of the specific requirements of the national medical reform.In order to improve the level of medical service and ensure steady operation,we should actively explore the mode of combination of medical care and maintenance,implement the strategy of differentiation,the strategy of quality establishment and the strategy of strengthening hospital by qualified personnel,etc,improve the level of medical services to ensure stable management.
