The Research Of The Factors To The Organization Environment On The Famous Medical Studio Knowledge Inheritance Innovation Performance

Objective:From the perspective of organizational environment,with the complexity of the factors that affect the innovation performance of famous doctors'studio,this paper deeply studies the mechanism of organizational environmental factors on the innovation performance of knowledge transmission,in order to explain how the organizational environment and its mutual movement affect the innovation of Chinese medicine knowledge and the development of famous doctors' studio.Using quantitative and qualitative combination of methods,this paper explores the relationship between innovation performance and organizational environment of knowledge workers' workshops,and fully considering the evaluation of academic achievements and personnel training of famous doctors' studio.Promoting the knowledge transmission of Chinese medicine and improve the knowledge innovation performance of famous doctors studio to give the index recommendations,but also for the relevant departments,medical institutions to develop relevant policies to provide a useful perspective.Methods:This research selected famous doctors studio from Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai,a total of 301 valid questionnaires were collected by postal questionnaires.The descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity of the questionnaire data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software,and the validity of the model was verified by using LISREL8.70 to verify the factor analysis and structural equation modeling.Results:This paper reveals the influence mechanism of organizational environmental factors on the innovation performance of famous medical labs,and constructs the conceptual model of organizational environmental factors influencing the innovation of knowledge management of famous doctors' workshops.It is used for empirical research to verify the theoretical assumptions and optimize the knowledge of famous doctors Inheriting the Practice of Innovative Performance.Conclusions:Organizational environment factors have a significant impact on the innovation performance of famous doctors' studio knowledge.Among them,the hospital policy environment has a direct and indirect impact on the innovation performance of knowledge transfer.The national policy environment indirectly influences the innovation of knowledge through team culture atmosphere and inheritance.Can improve the famous doctors studio policy,the hospital organization to further refine the support of the famous laboratories of the policy measures,shaping the knowledge of the famous doctor studio knowledge innovation organization culture environment,to enhance the old Chinese medicine heritage to share knowledge of the four aspects of the corresponding Strategy.
