Case Study On Construction Of Drug Preclinical Public Technology Service Platform In Sichuan Province

In today’s world,scientific and technological development is gestating a series of revolutionary breakthroughs.Developed countries and newly industrialized countries have increased investment in major science and technology infrastructure construction,expanded the scale of construction and coverage,and seized the commanding heights of future scientific and technological development.China’s major science and technology infrastructure construction is facing new situation where opportunities and challenges coexist.The construction of a national drug innovation platform at the world’s advanced level has become a major national science and technology project for the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” work of the State Council.The pre-clinical public technology service platform for drugs plays a decisive role in enhancing the comprehensive ability of new drug research and development and accelerating the pace of research and development of new drugs.How to establish a preclinical public technology service platform with advanced technology and international standards has become an important issue worthy of study.At present,many local governments in our country still have many problems in the preclinical evaluation and management of new drugs.Firstly,scattered and fragmented resources,and some platforms are mostly distributed in universities and colleges.It is difficult to truly achieve open sharing and cannot meet multiple links.Process-based new drug research and development needs;Secondly,imbalance between supply and demand,each conflict can not achieve maximum benefits;thirdly,government is short of supervision and inspiration of the platform.This article conducts a case study on the preclinical public technology service platform for the construction of drugs in Sichuan Province,and uses the new public management theory and collaborative public management theory to deeply analyze the integration of resources for preclinical public technology service platforms for drugs in Sichuan Province,supply-side reform and supervision from government,draws inspiration from how to build a preclinical technology service platform for drugs with high-quality,and provides important theoretical and practical support for other local governments in the country to promote the development of preclinical public technology service platforms for drugs.
