Donggang City Central Hospital participated in a unified questionnaire and established 88 PCOS patients 'clinical records, including general conditions, chief complaints, medical history, past history, physical examination, auxiliary examination, medical advice and implementation.Obstetrics and Gynaecologists conduct uniform training for community doctors.According to the drawing method, they were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, each with 44 cases.Control group PCOS patients were treated freely at Donggang City Central Hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. The intervention team conducted diagnosis and follow-up through the joint management model of "General Medicine Science-Obstetrics and Gynecology",was diagnosed by a gynecologist, formulated a corresponding treatment plan, and then transferred to a community hospital general practitioner for management, mainly for drug treatment + exercise + behavioral intervention.General practitioners and patients through face-to-face communication intervention, telephone and WeChat follow-up,urging them to take medicine,to ensure the accuracy of the drug.Control diet, diet and diet to guide, recommend lowcalorie diet therapy.A daily intake of 1200-1500 calories. Each person sends a table of food calories.Above 2 times a week, aerobic exercise of medium strength or above is assessed as having a heart observation study time was 3 months. After 3 months, the weight, waist circumference, hip circumference,FPG,fasting insulin,LH,FSH,and T were unified in the hospital to compare the levels of sex hormones and metabolic indicators before and after the intervention of the two groups.Changes, while comparing the pregnancy rate. Results: The metabolic indicators after treatment of patients with PCOS in the intervention group were: body mass index(BMI),waist to hip ratio(WHR),fasting blood sugar(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),and insulin resistance index(HOMA)all significantly lower than before treatment;Hormone levels such as:Huangtishengchengsu(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T),and LL/FSH are all significantly lower than before treatment.LH,T,FPG,FINS and HOMA were all significantly lower in PCOS patients than in control group(P < 0.05);The pregnancy rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The joint management model of "General Medicine Science-Obstetrics and Gynecology" has significantly improved the treatment effect of PCOS patients compared to traditional PCOS patients who have free access to obstetrics and gynecology. The joint management of "General Medicine Science-Obstetrics and Gynecology" significantly improved the insulin(FINS),and insulin resistance index(HOMA).The purpose of weight reduction,Improve hyperinsulinemia and lower blood sugar. The "General Medicine Science-Obstetricsand Gynecology" joint management model is more effective in regulating hormone levels. For example,Huangtishengchengsu(LH)and testosterone(T)have all decreased significantly, reducing changes in ovarian polycytes, and reducing the performance of Kaohsiung hormone anaemia.Acne, hairy and so on.The joint management model of "General Medicine Science-Obstetrics and Gynecology" can improve the endometrial tolerance of PCOS
