An Investigation And Research On The Teacher Of General Medicine

Objectives Through the investigation and analysis of the situation of general medical teachers in Anhui Province,to understand the situation of general medical teachers?the participation in general medical training?the discipline construction in the hospital where the general practitioners are located,the purpose is to assess the current development of general medicine in Anhui Province,the intention is to summarize the current achievements and shortcomings in the development of medical path.Methods Anonymous questionnaires were conducted on general practitioners who participated in the training of general medicine in Anhui Province in December 2014 to November 2016.The main contents of the questionnaire include the following aspects: general situation? professional direction?working life?technical title and education experience,whether it is a graduate student tutor of general medicine,whether to participate in the relevant general medicine system learning,the level of the hospital,whether there is a general medicine department,whether it is a training base of teachers,and what are the current problems in the training of general medical teachers and make relevant suggestions,a total of 1126 copies were collected.Results General medical teachers in Anhui Province have no differences in statistically significant(P > 0.05),in some ways of the proportion of sex ? the proportion of general education graduate tutor?the years of teaching?the general medical system training ? the standardized training base situation of general practitioners and so on.It has significance in statistically significant(P<0.05),in theaspect of years of service?technical titles?academic distribution?the proportion of general specialist?general practice department ?general science department ?the establishment of two-way referral platform.The quality of teachers is getting higher and higher,and scientific construction is more and more perfect,but the proportion of people participating in the system of general medicine education is declining.Conclusion After years of development,we have achieved certain results,such as:the cultivation of talent?the construction of disciplines?the establishment of relevant rules and regulations,but there are still many problems to be resolved,it is need to explore a more suitable general development path,the initial establishment of the model also need to gradually improve.
