Study On Present Situation And Influencing Factors Of Self-assessment Health Of Rural Elderly In Hunan Province

Health is one of the most important factors affecting the Human capital.Due to the deterioration of their own physical functions and organs and organs,the elderly are vulnerable to diseases,resulting in the decline of human capital,increasing the burden of family and society,and restricting the growth of the economy.At present,the aging process of Hunan province has been obviously accelerated,and as the main source of labor output in the rural areas,the problem of aging population is more significant.In this background,the study of the health problems of the elderly in rural areas in Hunan province is of epoch-making significance.With the development of social and economic,people's definition of health is no longer limited to simple disease and disease,but more expansion for a person in the body,spirit,social and other aspects to achieve a good state.And self-evaluation health is just a comprehensive index of two aspects of subjective health and objective health,which can better reflect the status of people's health.It has a good relationship with mortality,health care utilization and future health.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the health situation of self evaluation and to find out the related factors that affect the health of self-assessment.It is of great significance to improve the overall health level of the rural elderly,improve the efficiency of human capital utilization,promote the development of the whole society and realize the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Based on the survey data of the health status of the elderly in China,"the survey data of the health status of the elderly in China",the survey data of "the health status of the elderly in China",which is used by the Chinese Social Science Society of Peking University,is used for reference and analysis,and the CLHLS regression analysis is made through the orderly Logistic regression analysis: sex,educational level,medical supply,and medical supply,and the analysis of the health status of the elderly in China at the China Social Science Society of Peking University.In the past two weeks,prevalence rate,quality of life and self-care ability are the main factors that affect health self-assessment.The health status of the rural elderly with a high level of female education and adequate medical resources is relatively stable.In view of the conclusion of the analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions: to ensure adequate basic medical supply,to strengthen the popularization of scientific health care knowledge,to improve the quality of life of the elderly in rural areas and to increase the intensity of air defense in local diseases.
