As the development of aging,China is facing a situation of the urban-rural inversion of aging.Sichuan province is located in western China, where many young people leave from the rural area and flock to the urban area since 1990 s.The aging situation in rural areas of Sichuan Province is particularly severe, and with high speed and advanced age tendency,it has entered the aging society in 2015.Healthy aging is an important way to deal with the severe aging situation. However, due to the long-term urban-rural development pattern,Sichuan province is facing severe aging situation before getting rich and is not ready for the huge aging population. It is not easy for Sichuan to realize "healthy aging".It is of great significance to pay attention to the influencing factors of health stock and health demand of rural elderly in Sichuan,to improve the health level of rural elderly and deal with the challenge of aging. The aging of rural areas in Sichuan Province has the characteristics of high level, old age and the economic foundation is poor.Social and economic development is facing problems, such as low income, slower income growth, significant gap between rich and poor, poor basic medical and health conditions, weak medical team construction and the lack of technical personnel.Census data and the fourth national health service survey-the western expansion data shows that sub-health people in rural areas accounts for 23.66%,and is weak in action,self-care,daily activities, mental state and other aspects. And then this paper uses the survey sample data to analyze the health of rural elderly in different characteristics.Based on Grossman's theory of health demand, social support theory and healthy aging theory, and according to the previous research on health needs, this paper puts forward five dimensions: the demographic characteristics, social and economic characteristics, social participation, medical and health conditions, area.Using the binary logistic regression analysis model, this paper analyzes those five dimensions how to influence health needs of rural area aging people. The findings are found:there are obvious differences in the demand for health in different area for the rural elderly in Sichuan;old age and female senior people are vulnerable groups;good personal economic situation, paid social engagement activities, good medical accessibility and the high level of reimbursement of health insurance has a positive effect to meet the demand for health.Raising the level of care, improving the level of health care, promoting access to medical care can improve the health of the rural elderly.
