Objective To explore the Self-rated health status of Bengbu Longzi lake district residents and their influencing factors and provide basis for improving the health level of Bengbu Longzi lake district residents.Methods The stratified random sampling method was used to extract the residents who are not less than 18 years old at Bengbu,which conduct the survey with self-designed questionnaire Self-rated health status,socio-demographic characteristics,objective health status and health-related behavioral factors of subjects were collected by professionally trained investigators.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS23.0 software,and then the rank sum test was used in the single-factor analysis of Self-rated health.The multi-level zero model tested whether the data are clustered in the street level.The factors of impacting on the health of the residents of self-rated health were analyzed by multinomial logistic regression Results(1)Among the 3,277 residents surveyed,1,429 were male,1848 female,1,528(46.6%)self-rated their health as "very good or good",1,323(40.4%)self-rated their health as " general ",and 426(13.0%)self-rated their health as "poor or very poor".(2)single factor analysis showed that the factors associated with self-rated health have gender,age,occupation,education,marital status,body mass index,income,the condition of chronic disease family history,suffering from chronic conditions,reporting illness within 2 week,mental health,health care costs of earning ratio,drinking,physical exercise intensity population etc.Above all of self-reported health difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)Multifactor analysis showed that the factors associated with self-rated health have age,income,family history of chronic conditions,suffering from chronic conditions,reporting illness within 2 week,mental health status,health care costs accounted for earning ratio,alcohol consumption,physical exercise.Conclusion Bengbu Longzi lake district residents' Self-rated health is not optimistic.More attention should be paid to the elderly and people in the retirement age group,low-income residents,who have a family history of chronic diseases,who are suffering from chronic diseases,especially those with comorbidity,poor mental health,high medical expense ratio and lack of exercise.Different from age,income and other difficult to change social demographic factors can be through health education,so that residents take the initiative to establish a good lifestyle,strengthen reasonable exercise.Through health education and psychological intervention,residents' self-assessment of health status can be improved.To improve the mental health status of residents,the implementation of major disease insurance for urban and rural residents can reduce the burden of individual medical expenditure,which is conducive to improve the health of the residents who are sick,especially those who are seriously ill.
