Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with phlegm-turbidity internal obstruction syndrome, provide reliable prescription and clinical basis for clinical treatment of NAFLD with phlegm-turbidity internal obstruction syndrome by integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and broaden clinical thinking. Methods: A total of 90 NAFLD patients treated in gastroenterology Department of Fuzhou Second Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were collected and divided into three groups according to random number table method. All three groups were given lifestyle intervention.Group A was given polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule.Group B was addressed in shugan Jiangzhi Decoction.Group C was treated with shugan Jiangzhi Decoction and polyene phosphatidylcholine capsule. The treatment course of all three groups was 12 weeks. The changes in liver function, blood lipid, body mass index(BMI),Fibroscan(CAP),liver color ultrasound fatty liver degree and TCM symptom score were compared before and after treatment in the three groups.Results:(1)Comparison of baseline data: before treatment, there was no statistical significance in gender, age, liver function, blood lipid,BMI,CAP,liver color ultrasound and TCM symptom score among the three groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of liver function, blood lipid,BMI,CAP,degree of color fatty liver and TCM symptom scores among the three groups before and after treatment: all clinical indicators of the three groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);(3)There were no statistically significant differences in AST,ALT,GGT,CAP and liver color ultrasonography fatty liver degree between group A and group B(P>0.05),while the degree of reduction in group C was higher than that in group A and B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in HDL-C between group B and group C(P>0.05),and the increase degree of GROUP B and C was higher than that of group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in TBIL among the three groups(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in TG,TC,LDL-C and BMI between group B and GROUP C(P>0.05),and the decrease degree of TG,TC,LDL-C and BMI in group A was lower than that in group B and GROUP C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)There were statistically significant differences in TCM syndrome efficacy among the three groups(P<0.05);The therapeutic effect of group C was better than that of group A and B(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).(5)In terms of comprehensive efficacy, the total effective rate was 62.1% in group A,62.1% in group B and 88.9% in group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of group C was better than that of group A and B(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)Treatment with Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction or polyene phosphatidylcholine can relieve TCM symptoms, improve liver function, regulate blood lipids, reduce body mass index(BMI)and improve the degree of fatty liver in patients with NAFLD with phlegm-turbidity and internal obstruction.(2)Shugan Jiangzhi Decoction combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine significantly alleviated the TCM symptoms, improved liver function, regulated blood lipids, and improved the degree of fatty liver in patients with NAFLD with phlegm-turbidity and internal obstruction, which was better than shugan Jiangzhi Decoction or polyene phosphatidylcholine alone.
