Clinical Study Of Electronic Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Cold Coagulation Type Of RA Based On "Tong As The Use Of"

Objective: the aim of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of the two methods in the treatment of RA patients with kidney deficiency and cold coagulation by using electronic moxibustion with oral western medicine and oral western medicine only under the guidance of the mentor's thought of "taking Tong as the use of",and observing the clinical curative effect of the two methods.By exploring the mechanism of electronic moxibustion in the treatment of RA due to kidney deficiency and cold coagulation,this paper provides a reliable therapeutic basis for the popularization and application of this therapy.Methods: sixty patients with kidney deficiency and cold coagulation type of RA were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the moxibustion group was treated with electronic moxibustion at DU14,DU3 and BL23 on the basis of the control group.The observation time of both groups was 8 weeks.Tender joint counts,(TJC),swollen joint counts,(SJC),C-reactive protein(CRP),DAS28 scores and RA symptom grading scale score were recorded in detail before and after treatment,and the number of tenderness joint,swelling joint and swelling joint were evaluated.SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze and compare the difference between the two groups.Results: in the course of study,there were 58 cases in the moxibustion treatment group and 1 case in the control group.There were 58 cases in the treatment group,29 cases in the moxibustion treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.1.After treatment,the TJC of the two groups decreased significantly(P < 0 01).There was a significant difference in the TJC between the two groups after treatment(P < 0 05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0 05).2.After treatment,the SJC of the two groups decreased significantly(P < 0 01).There was a significant difference in the SJC between the two groups after treatment(P < 0 05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0 05).3.After treatment,the CRP of the two groups decreased significantly(P < 0 01).There was no significant difference in the CRP between the two groups after treatment(P > 0 05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0 05).4.After treatment,the DAS28 scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before(P < 0 01).After treatment,the DAS28 scores of the two groups were compared between the two groups,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0 05).5.After treatment,the RA symptom grading scale score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before(P < 0.01).After treatment,the RA symptom grading scale score of the two groups were compared between the two groups,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0 01).Conclusion: 1.Electronic moxibustion combined with conventional western medicine can significantly reduce TJC,SJC,DAS28 score and RA symptom grading scale score of kidney deficiency and cold coagulation type of RA,and the effect is better than that of simple western medicine group.2.Electronic moxibustion combined with conventional western medicine can significantly reduce the CRP,of patients with kidney deficiency and cold coagulation type of RA,but there is no difference compared with western medicine alone.3.Electronic moxibustion combined with conventional western medicine can improve the subjective symptoms of patients with kidney deficiency and cold coagulation type of RA,which is better than that of simple western medicine group.
