| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the four-step manipulation of massage,and to study the practicability and effectiveness of the four-step manipulation of massage in the treatment of chronic diarrhea and chronic spleen deficiency in children,so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment of chronic diarrhea and chronic spleen deficiency in children.Methods: From February of 2018 to February cf 2019,60 pediatric outpatients who met the requirements were selected from the pediatric outpatient department of People's Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and randomly divided into the experimental group(four-step manipulation group)and the control group(drug group),with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment.The four-step manipulation group was given massage treatment on the basis of basic treatment,and the drug group was given oral administration of shenlingbaizhu granules on the basis of basic treatment.Once a day,10 days for a course of treatment,do a course of treatment.The main symptoms(stool frequency,fecal characteristics),secondary symptoms(spirit,diet,complexion,anus)and fecal routine were taken as the main curative effect observation indicators,and the curative effect results before and after treatment were recorded,and the syndromes were graded and quantified.After the treatment,the data of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:1.After treatment,stool,excrement characters,spirit,diet,complexion,anus of the four-step manipulation group were compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The massage step four methods to improve the infantile type of pixu(spleen deficient)and chronic diarrhea symptoms have a significant effect;stool frequency,stool characteristics,spirit,diet,complexion,and anus in the drug group were compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that shenlingbaizhu granules also improved the symptoms of the children with spleen deficiency and chronic diarrhea.2.In terms of the total points after treatment in the two groups,it was found that the total points in the massage four-step group were significantly lower than those in the drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the overall symptom improvement in the massage four-step group was better than that in the oral administration of shenlingbaizhu granules.3.From the results of routine fecal tests in both groups,before treatment,there was no significant difference in fecal routine before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,there was no significant difference in fecal routine between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the improvement of fecal routine between the two groups.4.After treatment,9 cases were cured,11 cases were obviously effective,4 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 88.9%.The total effective rate was 78.6%.The total effective rate of the four-step manipulation group was better than that of the drug group,and the comparison of efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).During the treatment,no adverse events occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:1.The four-step manipulation of massage has a positive clinical effect on the treatment of chronic diarrhea and chronic chronic diarrhea in children with spleen deficiency,and can effectively improve the frequency,characteristics and accompanying symptoms of defecation.2.The overall efficacy of four-step manipulation of massage in the treatment of chronic diarrhea and chronic chronic diarrhea in children with spleen deficiency is better than that of oral administration of shenlingbaizhu granules,and there is no adverse reaction,which is worthy of promotion. |
