Observation On The Curative Effect Of Regulating The Spine And Du Channel-unblocking Manipulation For Children Chronic Diarrhea Caused By Spleen-kidney-yang Deficiency

Objective:To observe clinical curative effect of regulating the spine and Du channel-unblocking manipulation for children chronic diarrhea caused by spleen-kidney-yang deficiency.Methods:50 patients treated in the pediatric tuina outpatient of our hospital who met the diagnostic criteria from February 2017 to February 2018 were enrolled as study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,each had 25 cases.The observation group were treated by regulating the spine and Du channel-unblocking manipulation,and the control group were treated by conventional manipulation.Care instructions were given in tow groups,and the efficacy was assessed after 7 days.To observe the clinical curative effect,TCM symptom score,defecate frequency,and to detect the serum immunoglobulin IgA?IgG?IgM befor and after treatment in two groups.To follow up the recurrence rate after 1 month.Then to evaluate the effectiveness of regulating the spine and Du channel-unblocking manipulation for children chronic diarrhea caused by spleen-kidney-yang deficiency.Results:1 ? There were 25 cases in the observation group,14 cases cured,9 cases were markedly effective,1 case effective,and 1 case was not effective.the markedly effective rate was 92% and the effective rate wsa 96%;There were 25 cases in the control group,shed off 2cases,7 cases cured,8 cases were markedly effective,7 cases effective,1 case was not effective,the markedly effective rate was 65%,and the effective rate was 96%.There is statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the clinical curative effect in the observation group is better than the control group.2?There is statistical significance(P<0.05)of the TCM symptom score in each group befor and after treatment.There is statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM symptom score in the observation group is superior to the control group.3?There is statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05)to compare the normal rates of defecate frequency,and the observation group is better than the control group.4 ? Compared the serum immunoglobulin IgA ? Ig G ? IgM,there is statistical significance before and after treatment in both two groups(P >0.05).There is statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05),the observation group is superior to the control group in comparing the serum immunoglobulin IgG?IgM after treatment.5 ? Post treatment follow up was performed at 1 month to compare the recurrence rate by phone call,there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).There were 25 cases in the observation group,1 case recurred and the recurrence rate was 4%;There were 23 cases in the control group,6 case recurred and the recurrence rate was 26.1%.Conclusion : The treatment of regulating the spine and Duchannel-unblocking manipulation for children chronic diarrhea caused by spleen-kidney-yang deficiency has achieved certain effect and lasting effects,function of spleen and stomach,antiviral ability of body.
