| Objectives By comparing shenzhu Zhixie Powder and Children Zhixie An granule in the treatment of children with spleen deficiency diarrhea,observe the therapeutic effect of the two drugs,and clarify the curative effect of Shenzhu Zhixie Powder,so as to provide experience for clinical application.Methods 85 target children with diarrhea due to spleen deficiency were all from the paediatrics outpatient department and ward of Baoding No.1 hospital of TCM.The treatment time of them was from December 2018 to November 2019,with the minimum age of 5 months and the maximum age of 3 years.Among them,the shortest course was 2 weeks and the longest was 1 year.According to the method of random number table,they were randomly divided into the experimental group(42 cases)and the control group(43 cases).The experimental group and the control group were separately treated with Shenzhu antiiarrhea power and Xiaoer Zhixie'an granule orally for 5 days.Then observe the time of antidiarrheal,TCM syndrome score,the distribution of symptoms and signs,the total clinical efficacy,the negative rate of fat globule,safety evaluation,recurrence rate and so on.Results 1 There was a difference in the overall treatment effectt between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),and the former was stronger than the latter;2 There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05)in the number of antidiarrheal patients on the first day,the second day,the fourth day and the fifth day of the treatment,and there was no significant difference in the number of antidiarrheal patients on the third day(P>0.05);3 The TCM syndrome of spleen deficiency and diarrhea of the experimental group and the control group were both improved(P<0.05),and the experimental group was stronger than the control group(P>0.05);4 The experimental group was stronger than the control group in improving the syndrome scores of abnormal stool,physical fatigue,mental fatigue and lazy speech(P< 0.05),and there was no significant difference in improving the syndrome scores of eating less and staying in a daze,abdominal distention after eating,poor drinking water,abdominal pain and continuous,nausea and vomiting,bowel sounds,pale complexion and swelling(P>0.05);5 The two groups had the same effect in reducing the number of stools,improving the character of stools,poor diet,low appetite,prone to abdominal distention after eating,not much drinking water,like to cover the stomach,curl up,lying on the stomach,etc.,often doing nausea,more bowel sounds during auscultation,poor face,swelling of eyes,face and other parts(P>0.05);but in the treatment of not like playing,activities,less lazy speech or crying powerless,the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);6 Both the experimental group and the control group could make the fat ball turn negative in the stool routine(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);7 The experimental group is stronger in reducing the recurrence rate(P<0.05)after two weeks.Conclusions 1 Shenzhu antiiarrhea power has a clear clinical effect in the treatment of children with spleen deficiency diarrhea,and the effect is stronger in the treatment of children under 1 year old;2 Shenzhu antidiarrhea power can improve the symptoms of spleen deficiency in children,shorten the time of diarrhea relief,and improve the frequency of stool,there were obvious effects on stool characteristics,poor diet,low appetite,don't like playing,activities,less speech,sloth or crying weakness,prone to abdominal distention after eating,less drinking water,like covering the stomach,curling up,lying down,etc.,often do nausea,more bowel sounds during auscultation,poor face,edema of the eyes,face and other parts,and so on.3 Shenzhu antidiarrhea power can obviously improving the negative rate of fat ball,reduce the recurrence rate.Figure 0;Table 20;Reference 161... |
