| Objective:To observe the effect of Bu Shen Tiao Jing soup on hypomenorrhea of kidney deficienchy menstrual blood volume ? TCM symptoms? endometrial thickness in late menstruation ?Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH)? Luteinizing Hormone(LH)? Estrogen(E2)? The Chinese medicine pei kun wan was used as the control group,compare the treatment group with the control group,provide basis for bu shen tiao jing soup on cure the hypomenorrhea of kidney deficienchy.Methods:64 patients were gathered during 2017.4~ 2017.9 treatment in obstetrics and gynecology clinic of The first affiliated hospital of henan university of TCM,who were randomly divided into treatment group(bu shen tiao jing soup)and control group(pei kun wan)of 32 cases.One course of treatment is three months.the two groups were compared before and after treatment in the numerical vaiue of FSH?LH?E2,endometrial thickness,menstrual blood volume,traditional chinese medicine syndrome integral,clinical symptoms.Results:(1)The clinical curative effect of treatment group effective rate is 87.5%;the control group in clinical curative effect of effective rate is71.8%.The total rate were higher in treatment group than in control group(P< 0.05).(2)bu shen tiao jing soup can promote the growth of endometrial thickness(P< 0.05).(3)Pei kun wan can promote the growth of menstrual blood volume and endometrial thickness(P< 0.05).(4)bu shen tiao jing soup and Pei kun wan have no effect on FSH?LH(P>0.05).(5)bu shen tiao jing soup and Pei kun wan can improve the level of E2,but there was no comparability between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Bu shen taio jing soup have a remarkable effect on hypomenorrhea of kidney.(2)Bu shen tiao jing soup and Pei kun wan can promote the growth of menstrual blood volume and endometrial thickness.(3)Bu shen tiao jing soup and Pei kun wan have no effect on FSH? LH,but can improve the level of E2. |
