Accompanied by the speeding up of urbanization, the improvement of public health awareness and the overcrowding of large hospitals in recent years, the reverse flow of patients in community(grass-roots)hospitals is becoming more and more serious, reflecting the irrational allocation of resources in the supply chain of medical services.Nowadays, the Internet and big data technology have been gradually applied in the medical service industry, innovating all aspects of the medical service process, bringing great changes to people's medical habits and ways of seeking medical service resources. The Internet has innovated the traditional medical service industry, which mainly embodies in changing the allocation mode of medical service resources and enjoying the mode of medical service resources. At present, how to solve the problem of mismatch between supply and demand of medical service supply chain resources has become a hot issue of social concern, which is also the key of this thesis. From the perspective of medical service supply chain management, this paper builds a typical medical service development model involving medical service resource providers, medical service resource integrators and patients.First of all, after introducing the medical service supply chain, related theoretical knowledge and "Internet + healthcare" Innovating the value creation mode of medical service, this paper established a simple three level network structure mode. Its goal is to achieve the cooperation among various actors in the medical service supply chain(including the cooperation between the suppliers and the demanders of medical service resources, the suppliers of medical service resources and the integrators of medical service resources),to allocate the limited medical service resources of the whole society effectively and reasonably. From the economic point of view,it is to maximize the value of cooperation as far as possible, and to ultimately realize the health of customers. However, how to coordinate to achieve it is a problem worthy of in-depth study.Firstly, this paper applies the theory of value co-creation to the allocation of medical service resources through the analysis of the factors affecting the allocation of medical service supply chain resources under the co-creation environment.Using the empirical analysis, this paper finds out the co-creation factors that affect the allocation of medical service resources.Applying the theory of value co-creation to the value of medical service supply chain, this paper has made innovations in the traditional method of studying the value of supply chain. Then, aiming at the incentive problem of medical service resource providers, and by means of principal-agent theory, this paper studies how to incentive providers to jointly improve the quality of medical service supply chain based on the optimal level of efforts,so as to maximize the benefits of medical service supply chain, which is conducive to improving the efficiency of medical service resource allocation and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of medical service reform. In addition, this paper uses literature research method and Vague set improvement technology to study the impact factors of bilateral matching between supply and demand of medical service supply chain resources, and screens out the key driving factors of bilateral matching. Finally, the theory of bilateral matching is applied to the research of medical service resource allocation. This paper presents a bilateral matching model of medical service supply chain resources based on multi-factors.The model considers the satisfaction of both suppliers and demanders,so that the two entities are in an equal position, which is conducive to the cooperation between supply and demand, changing the current unreasonable management of medical service supply chain resources in China, and thus promoting the realization of graded diagnosis and treatment of medical services.
