Research On Medical Service Supply Chain Decision Problems Based On Patient’s Choice Behaviors

To solve the difficulty of expensive medical treatment becomes a hot social topic.Because of the uneven distribution of medical resources in China,superior hospitals are overcrowded,and community hospitals are deserted.Rationally optimizing the allocation of existing health resources,a clear division of labor at all levels of medical institutions and the coordination the interests of the relationship between the higher medical institutions and community hospitals,not only can reduce the cost of medical care,solve difficult and expensive treat,improve the quality of medical and health services,and benefit the people.The hospital is a highly concentrated medical resources of the place and limited physical space.A large number of patients are concentrated in the top three hospitals to lead to congestion.If these medical patients in the community can get a good medical services in the grassroots,the rational behavior of the treatment of our residents will naturally be formed.In this paper,through the study of proportion of self-payment,deductible and medical service prices,to guide different types of patients to rational medical treatment.Thus,by rational allocation of medical resources,patients sink the primary hospital to alleviate the crowded higher hospital.The main content as follows:(1)Analyzing the condition when patients have the same illness,PBMs control the proportion of self-pay to affect the hospital’s medical service prices,and guide different types of patients to reasonable medical treat.Finally,the interests of the medical service supply chain is balanced and patients achieve the largest interests.The study shows that:①In the existing medical resources gap,the state can widen the price gap between the upper and lower medical services to guide patients to a reasonable medical treatment.②When the state puts into new medical resources,the state can increase the medical channels of higher hospitals to improve the level of hospital medical services in order to make medical services to cover more people,so that the benefit of patients are increased.(2)Analyzing the condition when patients have the different illness,PBMs adjust the deductible to affect the patient’s medical expenses in order to promote the patient’s reasonable medical behavior.Ultimately,we can maximize the patient’s overall interests.The study shows that:①In the existing medical resource gap,the state can widen the level of medical services at the upper and lower hospitals so that this measure reduces the cost of patients to the primary hospital to attract more patients to choose grass-roots hospitals for medical treatment and the effective allocation of the national medical resources.②When the state puts into the new medical resources,by narrowing the gap between the lower level and the higher level of medical services,more patients will be given medical opportunities.③The budget of medical insurance expenditure of state should be controlled within a certain range,so that the budget can be more effectively utilized and the flow of patients is more reasonable.The results of this study can enrich the operation mode of medical service supply chain,provide a new method to control China’s medical insurance fee and provide a reference for guiding patients triage.
