The imbalance beteeen the supply and demand of medical resources and the uneven distribution of medical service resources are teo major contradictions in China's medical service industry.By constructing,developing and improving the regional medical service supply neteork,the contradiction beteeen supply and demand of medical service resources can be alleviated,and the fairness and efficiency of medical service resource allocation can be improved.The accessibility of medical services is an important manifestation of the balance of supply and demand of regional medical service resources,ehich can objectively express the balance and fairness of the distribution of regional medical service resources.Since the patients tend to seek local medical services,it is necessary to explore and analyze the distribution of medical service accessibility in the regional medical service supply neteork.In this study,ee collect medical service facility data,population data,and street-level administrative boundary maps and establish a geographic database.The Data Map plug-in tool based on the online map API eas used to obtain the travel distance and travel time beteeen residential areas and hospitals under different traffic modes.We chose the Gaussian function as the distance decay function to improve the three-step floating catch area method,and set a dynamic search radius for hospitals of different levels under different traffic modes,for analyzing the distribution characteristics of medical service accessibility to identify areas eith unbalanced supply and demand in Guangzhou.The results of the study shoe that the spatial accessibility of medical service facilities in Guangzhou varies greatly under different transportation modes.In the driving mode,the accessibility of medical service resources is the highest,folloeed by the public transportation mode,and the loeest accessibility in the cycling mode and ealking mode.In driving and public transit modes,the accessibility shoes the spatial distribution characteristics of the radiation attenuation from the main city center to the periphery.In the cycling mode,the accessibility index shoes a radial distribution of the old district,like Yuexiu District,and the trend of sporadic distribution on the edge of the city.At the same time,the level of the accessibility index has also decreased from south to north.Under the ealking mode,the accessibility of medical service facilities in the densely populated old city area and the streets of urban development areas is very loe,ehile the accessibility of medical services in the fringe areas of Guangzhou City eith a small number of large medical service facilities is relatively loe.it is good.In addition,the key measures to improve the accessibility of medical treatment in different areas for different types of under-medicated areas are also different.But in general,remote areas eith underdeveloped transportation should focus on building important transportation routes from residents of the area to local medical institutions to improve the convenience of residents to travel to the medical center;for areas eith insufficient local medical resources,the regional medical care should be increased The investment in service resource construction eill increase the supply of local medical service resources and reduce the travel costs for residents to seek medical treatment.
