| With the development of China’s economic and the progress of science and technology,the medical conditions of people are gradually improved.As guardians of people’s health,medical workers are playing an important role in our society.However,due to the uneven distribution of social resources and the inevitable difference of population quality,the conflict between doctors and patients commonly occurs.The occurrence of medical conflicts not only affects public security in public places,but also endangers people’s life and property security.General office of the state council issued,the key tasks to deepen the reform of medical health system in 2017,there will be 56 items,mainly around the classification diagnosis and treatment,the reform of public hospitals,universal health care,drug supply security,comprehensive regulatory system construction put forward the concrete tasks.Government hopes to bring more benefits and convenience to people by the medical health system reform.And we believe in education and media guidance can decrease the occurrence of doctor-patient confliction.Medical workers and patients can understand each other by the help of government,so that the doctor-patient relationship will be better and better.There is a need for social,doctors and patients and the people who live in this country.In addition,the true reporting of media is as important as a proper guidance.In order to curb the occurrence of medical conflicts,we need the common support of the whole society.The solution should be from the inside to outside,from the bottom to the surface.This paper expounds the purpose and significance of the Doctor-patient Conflict Events and its countermeasures,through the domestic and foreign literature,the Doctor-patient Conflict of perception,information integration,its essence,to determine the research ideas and methods.Secondly,the representative of several events through the analysis of domestic conflict between doctors and patients,the influence factors of the doctor-patient conflicts are summarized,from the three dimensions of the medical staff and patients,the external environment to build the risk evaluation model of Beijing City,the contradiction between doctors and patients,and through the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method to construct the moral judgment matrix of index,and then draw the weight of each index,and put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions to solve the feasibility of this kind of events.Research shows that: the basic quality management between patients and hospital market system is not standardized,the commercialization of medical activities is the main factor that affects the doctor-patient relationship,therefore,in the process of health care reform,we should strengthen the three aspects of the management,but also cannot ignore the other reasons,in order to build a more harmonious and stable the doctor-patient relationship,and promote the harmony and stability of the whole society. |
