Research On Risk Assessment Of The New Project Of Fuyu Traditional Chinese Hospital Based On Gray Correlation Analysis

China's private medical institutions began to appear in China's medical industry in the1980 s.After more than 30 years of development,today's private medical institutions have begun to play an important role in improving the medical service system in China's medical system,and undertake the important task of promoting the diversification of medical treatment.Due to the special content of construction projects,financing methods and hospital operation management modes of private hospitals,in the process of project development,the project faces both the risks of conventional engineering projects and new types of risks.However,the current academic and industry research on the risk of new projects in private hospitals is very scarce.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out risk assessment research on private hospital construction projects,and then propose countermeasures to mitigate and avoid risks.This paper chooses the new project of Fuyu City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the research object,and the project has been highly valued by the Fuyu Municipal Government.First of all,this paper analyzes the basic situation of the industry in which the new project of Fuzhong City Hospital is located,the project site and the public conditions of the project.After a thorough understanding of the project situation,the risk factors of the project are identified one by one,and based on these factors,a risk assessment index system for private hospitals with 22 risk indicators is constructed.Using the expert scoring method,the risk index values of the new project of Fuyu traditional Chinese medicine hospital and the other five private hospitals for comparison were obtained.The weights of the risk assessment indicators were obtained by using the entropy weight method to process these indicators.Determine the positive ideal solution with the highest risk level and calculate its gray weighted correlation with the six items.The calculation results show that the new project of Fuyu traditional Chinese medicine hospital has a lower risk level.According to the results of the risk assessment,the plan for risk monitoring of Fuyu traditional Chinese medicine hospital was proposed,and measures for risk mitigation were formulated.The risk mitigation cannot be achieved overnight.Therefore,the paper also puts forward the PDCA cycle of risk management for new projects in Fuyu traditional Chinese medicine hospital,which provides reference for the risk management of new private hospital projects.
