Large-scale construction projects in full of uncertainty, risk is everywhere. If managers can not identify in advance the risk, take timely and appropriate measures, it is possible to bring unbearable casualties and property losses, and a negative impact on the external environment to the project. Risk management objective is to minimize the economic cost, more safely and reliably achieve the project objectives. From the actual situation of the domestic project management, risk management for projects not yet in-depth and maturity, the foreign mature risk analysis and risk response study also failed to grasp and application. This article is from that point of participation Qingdao Fu Wai Hospital Heart Center construction project, an empirical study. Firstly, the theoretical overview, Project Risk Management for the content of the study, elaborated on the concept of risk management, project management and project risk management, setting out the application of the major foreign project risk analysis techniques, as well as evaluating.
