Study On The Risk Management Of The Reconstruction And Extension Project Of Nanchang Reproductive Hospital

The full implementation of the "two children" strategy,to further improve the current family planning policy of China's population,population structure optimization is to make new environment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council to deal with the important measures to keep the healthy development of.With the increasing incidence of infertility,along with the comprehensive two child policy formally implemented,is expected to usher in the future development of the reproductive industry will usher in the peak.It has become an important task for the development of assisted reproductive technology to carry on the reasonable planning and expansion of the existing reproductive centers,and to provide medical services for patients with different levels of demand.The hospital construction project with large investment,large construction scale,participating objects,construction standard height,long construction period,construction technology etc..In order to build a high level of reproductive hospital risk management will run through the entire project cycle.This paper starts with the basic theory of project risk management,and puts forward the viewpoints and methods of risk classification,risk identification,risk analysis,risk response and monitoring.Based on the theory of risk identification and analysis,the risk factors of the expansion project of Nanchang reproductive hospital were determined.The study shows that the project is mainly from the political,economic,design,construction,management,natural and contract risk.The use of AHP and fuzzy evaluation method to analyze 7 kinds of risk,that risk management,design risk,economic risk,contract risk,construction risk,natural risk,political risk impact on the project gradually decreasing.In order to ensure the implementation of the project,and put forward the corresponding control measures to deal with,to sort of level analysis and consistency checking of the risk factors,it can provide theoretical basis and model for the study of similar construction project risk.
