Under the background of the transformation of medical model from traditional biomedical science to biopsychosocial medical model, the expansion of medical services from simple individuals to families and societies means that patients and their families must pay attention to each other and pay attention to medical services.People "care. The “Long Term Strategy for the Development of Social Work Professionals(2011-2020)” issued jointly by the 19 ministries and commissions of the CPC Central Committee emphasizes that medical social workers in China are“professional medical and health care workers in desperate need”.In China, the main responsibility of medical social workers is to promote dialogue between patients and doctors and to reduce the conflicts between doctors and patients. The medical and social work professional can improve the relationship between doctors and patients, ease the pressure on medical staff, strengthen the vision of “all aspects of care” and promote the development of humanities medicine.Based on this research,it is hoped that qualitative research will be used to analyze the needs of the families of children with PICU and the exploration of the cross-team cooperation model to explore a medical social work model suitable for China. In the initial stage of this study, through interviews with the needs of the 15 PICU children's family members, sufficient interview data was collected to achieve a category saturation, and three levels of code integration were used to obtain five types of needs, including informationacquisition and processing needs, emotional mitigation needs,Personalized doctor-patient communication needs, institutional needs, and economic needs. The time characteristic of family members' information acquisition and processing needs is that the need for information acquisition is greatest at 0-3 days after the child enters the PICU.The family members need to obtain information on the cause of the disease, treatment plan, and sequelae, and the current family members lack access to information.Family members mainly obtain information through the network and medical staff. The source information of the network is the main part of the family information processing.Since the network source information is not targeted, the family members are prone to “creepy cranky” situations. The family members often Bad situation "as a child. The difference in family members' ability to understand and the difference in personal communication methods lies in the fact that during the communication process of doctors, some family members make associations with doctors' discourses locally, and they easily misunderstand the doctors. In addition, family members rarely communicate with doctors about their own“crazy thoughts”,which may ultimately lead to conflicts between doctors and patients. The family members have personalized doctor-patient communication needs, including questioning needs and responding to needs. The family members hope that the information given by the doctor is adequate, uniform, easy to understand, and easy to accept, while the doctors describe the conditions of the children according to their own habits.Satisfy the needs of different families.Families are too eager to trust doctors, and often think that doctors know everything. They “deify” doctors, and doctors often use phrases such as “don't know” and “probably” in the process of communicating with their families, creating obstacles forfamily members to obtain information. The cause of family members' trust in doctors is "there is no other solution." Once the child's condition changes, the family will transfer the emotions to the doctors, and produce "enchanting" doctors.Families have a need for emotional relief.Families believe that the comfort of family members or others is not obvious.Family members hope to increase the number of visits to children in the PICU and increase the explanations from professional medical staff. If the visit to the PICU cannot be satisfied, the family members hope to establish contact with the children through videos, photos, and letters. When the establishment of visiting needs can not be met,the family hopes to have a professional to replace the family members to enter the PICU to ease the negative emotions of children, and can provide timely feedback to family members. Some family members put forward institutionalized needs, including the need for green corridors, environmental protection needs, rest area needs, and hospital admission guidelines. Some families raised economic needs.Such families are characterized by lack of liquidity, lack of social resources, and lack of information channels. Most of the families with economic needs come from outside the country and are unable to raise funds quickly.Based on family-needs interviews, this study launched a focus group of health care workers and social workers who met the needs of the families of children with PICU,and obtained the exploratory results of the cross-team cooperation model. The acquisition and processing of family members' information and the personalized communication needs of doctors and patients belong to the basic needs. They are the attributes of the“must have” considered by the family members and the needs that the medical team needs to meet.Institutional needs and economic needs are expected types of needs. If so Class needs are met,the better the familymembers are satisfied, the family members of such needs will not be dissatisfied with the medical team because they are not satisfied;the emotional mitigation needs are excitement needs;once such needs are met, even if the performance is not perfect,The degree of satisfaction exhibited by the family members will be very high and will reduce the demand intensity of basic demand and expected demand. In the cross-team collaboration model, through the intervention of medical social workers, medical staff are collaborated to develop medical services, providing services such as psychological counseling, guiding services, and emotional appease to meet the excitement of family members and meet family members through resource integration.Expected demand, assisting medical staff and family members to communicate with each other to meet basic needs, can effectively improve the satisfaction of family members' needs and improve the quality of life of their families. At the same time, the medical staff has a lot of stress and professional knowledge in the work process. The medical social workers can help the medical staff relieve stress through professional methods, and improve the other professional skills of the medical staff through resource links and improve the medical staff. The overall quality. The future research direction will be based on this study, collecting the needs of family members in different hospitals, different regions, and different seasons, further analyzing the needs, and developing a qualitative study based on the families of children with PICU in China. The dedicated scale, based on the needs analysis, carries out more cross-team cooperation practices to explore cross-team cooperation models with practical utility.
