Study On Psychological Problems Of Family Members Of Psychiatric Patient With Case Work

In recent years,there have been more and more people with mental illness,who are often prejudiced by the community,which also led to some psychiatric patients after rehabilitation,are still being treated differently in many ways.Being under great pressure,they can hardly get along with others as usual.In addition to patients,the most directly affected by public opinion are their families.The patient’s family is relatively accounting for a greater part in numbers,and the patient is generally dependent on his family,which also means that the family,while in the process of living together and treatment with the patient,stand with pressures both from taking care of the daily life of patients and from the patient and public opinion.Because of fatigue from taking care of patients and pressure from the outside world,patients are being impacted physically and mentally,so that they are prone to negative,low self-esteem and other negative emotions and psychological problems.Based on the above situation,I choose a representative family of psychiatric patients and use the method of case work,specifically knowing about their family situation,making indepth interviews,psychological and social therapy model to assess their current problems and needs.According to their problems and needs,aimed at the psychological problems of the use of professional skills,try to help them overcome the negative emotions and increase spiritual support,so as to alleviate the psychological problems of family members of psychiatric patients and help out of the woods.This paper is divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction,firstly introducing the research background,research purpose and significance,in turn,defining concept and providing a theoretical basis,and finally reviewing related literature at home and abroad,and the research methods and innovations of this paper.The second part is about the analysis of the subject matter,summed up and analyzing the psychological problems of the subject.The third part is the process of intervening into the case,and introduces the complete process of using the case work method to deal with the problem.The fourth part is reflections and suggestions,including reflection on the process and results of the case work and the intervening of the case work into the psychological problems of the family members of the mental patient.
