Objective: To explore the clinical effect of amisulpride combined with cognitive behavior therapy on negative symptoms of long-term hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.Methods: During the period from September 2016 to July 2013 in our hospital 98 cases of hospitalized patients with schizophrenia as the object of treatment,cognitive behavioral therapy model implementation time for the node,of which 45 cases were only treated by amisulpride treatment as control group;53 patients in the control group on the basis of the joint implementation of cognitive behavioral therapy for study group.Analysis of the clinical data of two groups,the positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS),MCCB consensus scale(MCCB),insight and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ),social support rating scale and other tools,before and after the intervention patients were evaluated,compared two groups of state to improve the situation,the total efficiency of treatment,treatment satisfaction,the improvement of the quality of life,the effect of anxiety and depression.Results:(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in two groups of PANSS scale positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general pathological symptoms and total scores(P>0.05).After treatment,the negative symptoms and total score of PANSS scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the score of the cognitive functional complete test consensus(MCCB)of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(3)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the ITAQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ITAQ scores of the two groups increased,but the degree of the increase in the study group was the most significant,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(4)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in social support scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the social support scores of the two groups improved,and the improvement degree of the study group was significant,with significant difference(P<0.05).(5)The total effective rate of the study group(92.45%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and thedifference was significant(P<0.05).(6)The degree of treatment satisfaction in the study group(96.23%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(7)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(8)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of HAMD and HAMA between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the HAMD scores and HAMA scores of the two groups decreased,and the degree of reduction in the study group was the most significant,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Drug therapy combined with cognitive behavioral therapy is effective for inpatients with schizophrenia,which helps to improve negative symptoms,stabilize patients' mood,improve treatment satisfaction and quality of life,and is highly worthy of clinical application.
