Effects Of Buyang Huanwu Decoction On Quality Of Life Prognosis Of Patience With Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on patients with chronic heart failure with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and their effects on quality of life and prognosisMethods:Seventy-two patients with chronic heart failure and qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were included,and they were divided into a control group and a treatment group with a random number table method,36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine anti-heart failure treatment.The treatment group took Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the course of treatment was 2 weeks.Observe the changes of TCM syndrome score,cardiac function classification,NT-proBNP,Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Patients Quality of Life Scale Score(KCCQ)and prognosis before and after treatment in both groups.SPSS22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of experimental dataResult:1.Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes:The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05);the total effective rate of TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group was improved higher than the control(p<0.05)2.Comparison of serum NT-proBNP concentration:After treatment,the serum NT-proBNP concentration in both groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(p<0.05)3.Comparison of cardiac function grading:The cardiac function classification of the two groups was lower than that before the treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05)4.Comparison of Quality of Life score:After treatment,the clinical symptoms,psychological status and social function of the two groups of patients Compared with before treatment,the performance of the treatment group was significantly improved.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms,psychological conditions and social functions(p<0.05).The total scores of quality of life of the two groups of patients were improved after treatment than before treatment The increase in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(p<0.05)5.Prognosis:Two groups of patients were followed up by telephone for 3 months and 6 months after treatment to count the rehospitalization rate and mortality rate.Within the group,there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after 3 months and 6 months(p>0.05);comparison between groups,3 months and 6 months after treatment,there was no statistical significance between the treatment group and the control group(p>0.05)6.Safety index:liver function,kidney function,blood coagulation function,blood,urine,There was no significant difference in stool routine and ECG comparison.In conclusion:1.Buyang Huanwu Decoction can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with chronic heart failure,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and reduce cardiac function levels of NT-proBNP and NYHA2.Buyang Huanwu Decoction has a certain effect on improving the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
