| Objective:On the basis of the good curative effect on type 2 diabetes kidney disease established by supervisor,a mentor for many years,according to the theory of Jueyin,the clinical efficacy and safety of the prescription were verified by the evaluation of the results of treating DN with the prescription of Reveal Evil Spirits And Conserving Kidney.And the effects on immune-related parameters such as CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,24-hour urinary protein quantification(24HUPQ),Renal function indicators such as serum creatinine(Scr),glomerular filtration rate(GFR),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)were also studied.Methods:Sixty cases of DN(Diabetic Nephropathy)Ⅳ with deficiency of asdthenic splenonephro-yang were collected.The method of random number table was used to divide the treatment group and the control group equally.The treatment group was treated with routine western medicine combined with traditional western medicine and the control group was treated with routine western medicine.The total course of treatment was 8 weekends.Comparative analysis of traditional Chinese medical science symptom scores before and after treatment.The cellular immune parameters of patients before and after treatment were observed: CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,humoral immune parameters,Changes of 24-hour urinary protein quantitative Scr,GFR,HbAlc therapeutic effect index.Results: 1.After eight weekends of treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33% by rank sum test(P < 0.05).It was proved that the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.2.After treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group was improved by 90.33%,the effective rate of the control group was 60%,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of TCM(p < 0.05).3.After treatment,the treatment group improved the cellular immune parameters of blood: CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,humoral immune parameters:The effect of 24-hour urinary protein quantification was better than that of control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the renal function index: serum creatinine(Scr),glomerular filtration rate(GFR),)24 hour urine protein quantity(24HUPQ)comparison,the effect is better than the control group(P<0.05).5.After treatment,although the prescription can not significantly reduce the glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),the HbAlc still fluctuates within the normal range after treatment,so it can effectively stabilize the glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)in the patients.Conclusions: According to the clinical observation and data processing results of this experimental study,it can be proved that the syndrome of stage Ⅳ of diabetic nephropathy is characterized by deficiency of asdthenic splenonephro-yang.It has a good clinical effect in combination with the prescription of permeating pathogenic factor and strengthening the kidney in the basic treatment of western medicine.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in improving the total curative effect,improving the clinical symptoms of TCM,improving its immune function,reducing urinary microalbumin and 24 hours urine protein,Improve the deterioration of renal function,also can still stabilize glycosylated hemoglobin.The clinical application is reliable,safe and without obvious side effects.It can improve the quality of life of patients and is worth popularizing. |
