Observation Of The Effect Of The Meridian Drift Acupressure In The Patients Of ICU With Enteral Nutrition Associated Diarrhea

[Method]In this study,60 patients from ICU ward who were given enteral nutrition through the stomach tube and were asdthenic splenonephro-yang were investigated from Octuber 2016 to Octuber 2017 in the Third People's Hospital of Changzhou.Randomized controlled trial was used.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The observation group adopted Ziwuliuzhu Nazi acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The difference of semi quantitative stool score from the first day to the seventh day and the difference of the time of enteral nutrition between two groups were compared.SPSS 18.0 software package was used for statistical analysis.Chi square test or analysis of variance was used among the two groups.P<0.05 indicates statistical significance.[Result]There was no significant difference between the two groups in baseline data such as gender,age,type of disease(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the Hart score of enteral nutrition between the two groups from the first day to the seventh day(P<0.05).The enteral nutrition time in observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The stay time in ICU of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of diarrhea in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.No complications occurred in the two groups during the experiment.[Conclusion]Ziwuliuzhu acupoint massage can effectively reduce the semi quantitative stool score of enteral nutrition patients from the first day to the seventh day and decrease the time of enteral nutrition and ICU admission in order to reduce the incidence of enteral nutrition related diarrhea.Ziwuliuzhu acupoint massage is an ideal way to prevent diarrhea.
