| Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating ulcerative colitis of spleen-kidney yang deficiency type by combination of Zhiyang Tongfu decoction and mesalazine enema liquid,sum up the advantages of this treatment method,and provide ideas and references for clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis.Method:From October 2016 to August 2018,70 patients with ulcerative colitis in the third affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).There was no significant difference in the course of disease,age,condition and sex between the two groups(P>0.05).The control group was treated with mesalazine enema 60g/4g,once a day,4 weeks of treatment;the treatment group was treated with a self-made prescription"Zhuyang Tongfu decoction"on the basis of the control group,one dose a day,water decoction Take the juice 450 ml,3 times a day,take it warmly,4 weeks of treatment.At the end of the course of treatment,the treatment group and the control group were observed in the main symptom curative effect,endoscopic mucosal healing score,and the total score of TCM syndrome,and the difference between the two groups was compared.To evaluate the clinical advantage of treating ulcerative colitis with spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome with ZYT combined with mesalazine enema liquid.Two months after the treatment,two groups of patients were followed up,and the recurrence of the two groups were compared statistically.SPSS19.0 was used to process the data,?~2 test was used to test the qualitative data,and the quantitative data was expressed by(mean±standard deviation)and entered by t test.Row data processing,ordered data using rank sum test.P<0.05,there is statistical difference.Results:1.Comparison of the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups of main symptoms:In the treatment group,there were 5 cases of complete remission,10 cases of obvious effect,16cases of effective and 4 cases of ineffective.The total effective rate was 88.57%.In the control group,there were 2 cases of complete remission,5 cases of significant effect,20 cases of effective cases,8 cases of ineffective cases,and the total effective rate was 77.14%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Two groups of patients in diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucus purulent blood stool three aspects have achieved good clinical efficacy,the comparison between groups,P<0.05,the treatment group is superior to the control group;among them,the treatment group has a prominent effect on diarrhea,and the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).2.Comparison of endoscopic mucosal healing between the two groups:The scores of mucosal healing before and after treatment in the two groups were compared by rank sum test(P<0.01),which proved that there was a significant difference between the two groups in statistics.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of mucosal healing after treatment(P>0.05).3.Comparison of the total scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups:The total scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01)by rank sum test.After treatment,the total score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).4.Comparison of recurrence rates between the two groups:Two months after withdrawal,the two groups were followed up.In the treatment group,there were 4 patients with recurrence and 27 patients without recurrence.The total recurrence rate was 12.90%.Control group:10patients with recurrence,17 patients without recurrence,total recurrence rate:37.04%.After?~2test,P<0.05 was statistically significant,which proved that the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was better.5.Security evaluation:During the treatment period,the safety indexes of the two groups of patients in the treatment group and the control group were not found abnormal,and the two groups of drugs were safe and reliable.Conclusion:The treatment group("Zhuyang Tongfu decoction"combined with mesalazine enema)and the control group(mesalazine enema alone)improved the main symptoms(diarrhea,mucus purulent stool,abdominal pain,etc.)in patients with ulcerative colitis with spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups in the treatment of diarrhea was significant(P<0.01).It is proved that the treatment group is effective in improving diarrhea.Endoscopic mucosal healing,intra-group comparison,P<0.01,inter-group comparison P>0.05.The two groups had the same effect in improving intestinal mucosa.The total score of TCM syndromes in the two groups was compared within the group(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group in improving the TCM symptoms of the patients.The recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the long-term effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Professor Zhang Hongxi made a self-made"Zhuyang Tongfu decoction"combined with mesalazine enema for the treatment of ulcerative colitis with syndrome differentiation of spleen and kidney yang deficiency has clear clinical efficacy,high effective rate and low recurrence rate.Hope to provide ideas and references for the clinical treatment of UC
