[Objective]:To compare the curative effect of Shengji powder with modern moist therapy on chronic wounds,to provide theoretical and clinical support for Shengji powder in treating chronic wounds.[Methods]:The research objects of this study were 30 patients with chronic wounds treated with Shengji powder external application or moist therapy in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2016 to December 2018.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,30 patients were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.15 patients in the treatment group(Shengji powder external application)and 15 patients in the control group(moist therapy). The treatment group was treated with Shengji powder on the basis of medical treatment and debridement, while the control group was covered with moist dressing on the basis of medical treatment and debridement. Before treatment, all patients needed to collect information such as gender, age and MNA.During the treatment, the wound situation was evaluated weekly according to wound bed score(WBS)evaluation system,The VAS score,WBS score and The time it take for WBS score to reach 14 points, and material cost were recorded. Finally, the efficacy evaluation and statistical treatment were carried out.[Results]:1.There was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.The VAS score between the two groups was significant difference(P < 0.05).The VAS of the control group(3.01±0.73)was lower than treatment group(3.91±1.14).3.The time it take for the two groups to reach the optimal state of the wound bed was statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group [(18.47±4.12)d]used less time than the control group[(23.07±6.12)d].4.The dressing cost of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment group [(1469.28±146.95)yuan]used less than the control group[(2189.54±114.22)yuan].5.There was no significant difference in the excellence rate between the two groups(P > 0.05),The treatment group(93.33%),the control group(86.67%).[Conclusion]: 1.Shengji powder dressing change and moist therapy have similar effects in treating chronic wounds, but Shengji powder dressing change spent less time in the preparation of wound bed for chronic wounds than the moist therapy group.2.Shengji powder dressing change take the less dressing cost than moist therapy.
