Objective:To investigate the efficacy of acute debridement combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor in treating chronic wounds.Methods:50 cases of patients with chronic wounds treated in our outpatient department were selected from October,2017 to March,2019.Control group:after the conventional wound debridement in the initial diagnosis of the patient, the recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor was applied externally and changed once a day.Treatment group:after acute debridement of the wound of the patient initially diagnosed, external recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor was applied, and the dressing was changed once a day.If the wound surface could not be healed within 2 weeks, sharp debridement was performed again. The wound area and healing rate were compared between the two groups at week 2,4 and 6.Using the spss17.0 statistical analysis tools, measurement data to(?x±s)said, using t test, expressed as a percentage of count data, using x2test,P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results:At week 2,4 and 6,the wound area changes were(1.9?1.1)cm~2?(0.5?0.8)cm~2 and(0.2?0.6)cm~2,respectively.At week 2,4 and 6,the change of wound area in the control group was(3.9?1.9)cm~2,(2.3?1.4)cm~2,and(1.6?1.4)cm~2,respectively.The wound area changed significantly at week 2,4 and 6,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing rate in the treatment group was 12%,72%,98%at week 2,4,and 6,respectively,higher than4%,20%,and 40%in the control group. In particular, the healing rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group at week 4 and 6,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acute debridement combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor can significantly promote chronic wound healing.
