The Clinical Study Of Xinshentongzhuyu Decoction Combined With Knee Arthroscopy For Early Rehabilitation After Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction

Purpose:To evaluate the clinical effect of xinshentongzhuyu Decoction in the early stage after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.To provide clinical basis for the improvement of early postoperative swelling and pain after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: from September 2017 to September 2019,in the second Department of bone,the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine,66 patients with unilateral anterior cruciate ligament injury of degree ? or above were enrolled according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(33 cases,male 20 cases,female 13 cases,age 18-58 years,average age 35.27 ± 10.08 years).The control group was taken from In the treatment group,33 cases,18 males and 15 females,aged from 18 to 60 years old,with an average age of 37.27 ± 12.44 years old,with an average weight of 70.33 ± 7.85 kg,were treated with xinshentongzhuyu Decoction(50ml in the morning and 50 ml in the evening)on the basis of the control group God.The patients in the two groups were followed up on the second day,the first week,the second week,the first week after the treatment,and the second week after the treatment.VAS pain score,knee swelling,knee mobility,Lysholm score,and 2000 IKDC score and adverse reactions were recorded.SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Result: 1.There was no significant difference in age,gender and body mass index between the two groups(P > 0.05);2.There was no significant difference in VAS score,knee swelling,knee mobility,Lysholm score and 2000 IKDC score between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.The VAS score,knee swelling,knee mobility,Lysholm score and 2000 ikdc score of the two groups were statistically significant on the second day,the first week,the second week,the first week and the second week after the treatment(P < 0.05);4.The VAS pain score,knee joint swelling degree,Lysholm score and 2000 ikdc score of the two groups were statistically significant in the first week,the second week after operation,the first week after treatment,and the second week after treatment(P < 0.05);the two groups had no significant adverse reactions.conclusion 1.The reconstruction of ACL has an excellent therapeutic effect on the recovery of joint function.2.The early postoperative symptoms were also improved with the routine treatment.3.On the basis of reconstruction operation and conventional treatment,combined with the decoction of fit pain and blood stasis,the early symptoms of patients after operation can be alleviated obviously,and the combination of operation and postoperative Chinese medicine has more advantages.
